Convinient location near railway station and downtown. Friendly staff.
No elevator. Heating system worked improperly that caused coldness in the room. Old furniture.
Good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Good value for the price.
Wifi didn't always work in the rooms, couldn't sleep with the window open due to mosquitoes (but repellant was provided), proximity to dining area meant our room was a little noisy in the mornings.
Good location, nice staff, good Wi-Fi in common place...
Hard to use Wi-Fi in the room.
Not very easy to find this hotel.
basic and poor furniture but clean. good location - in the zone with limited traffic. the receptionist lady is veeery kind and smilely. she recommended perfect places for granada, ice cream and meals. easily to be found with navigation.
the hotel occupies one floor in an old building. it is situated on a very, very, very noisy street- hundreds of buses are passing, cars also, people are shouting all the night, the cleaning vehucles starts working at 5 am, etc. no parking area. we paid 21 euro in a parking recommended by the hotel even with their discount;) for 22 hours ( flat price) and after that 3 euro per hour. the breakfast is very poor.
poor area but great inside
Staff were extremely helpful and informative, good suggestions on restaurants and transport to see the sights
We stayed a week and the sheets were only changed once, there bathrooms were extremely cramped and for some reason they have fitted a toilet and bidet actually in the shower! And also in another room the bidet was so close to the toilet you almost had to put your feet in it to use the toilet! - very strange. The breakfast was extremely basic with a choice of three cereal, slices of cake and coffee with stale bread rolls, the only positive was the lady cleaning up the breakfast was very friendly. I was really disappointed actually as a whole though.
walking distance to popular attractions, nice staff, good breakfest
It had a bed and a bathroom in a very high price.
The hotel is on 2nd floor and the elevator can't be used, so you have to carry up your lugage two floors. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. The room was towards a very noisy street, even when the widow was closed it was loud in the room. The door to the bathroom can't be opend fully, because the room is so small it hits the bed. To use the bathroom fully, you have to leave the door open.
GREAT AC. and location , Very good Breakfast.Very accomodating for a family of five. Close to David accadamy double bed in one room and three singles in the other
Friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and comfortable (safe available in the closet), the hotel is at good location and offered a good breakfast. Value for money
The elevator in the building is not available for this hotel (private lift for another hotel or other apartments).. gives you a little hard time when you arrive or leave with the luggage. A little small and dark bathroom with no hair dryer available, but that's not a stopper.
Well positioned, close to all the main attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and always there when needed.
The bathroom. The toilet was positioned in an area where you had no room for your legs. You had to sit side way, with your leg hanging out the door. How ever designed the bath room was an idiot.
I reserved a small double room online, and booked our arrival for a day earlier than we were coming by mistake. I was not able to get refunded for the extra night but they did upgrade us to the bigger better room next door at no extra cost. I think we moved from room 12 to room 11. I'm from NYC so street noise doesn't bother me but there were a lot of buses and traffic. We were on the corner with windows overlooking the street which I liked.
The first room was terrible but we only stayed there for one night. Bathroom: when u close the curtain, the toilet is in the shower with you. Breakfast is not good and I didnt know they had espresso and cappuccino for purchase until the last day. We usually ate at the Mercado central, it is very close and food there is awesome and inex
Very nice staff, wonderful localization, good breakfast, comfortable, cleaned room. In my opinion this hotel should have 3 stars.
Very friendly staff, value for money, central location
Rooms are too small and old, not very clean, the hotel is in the second floor and the lift is out of order
Only the staff behavior
Every thing basically
Close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station
No elevator. Noisy at night and in early morning. Bath room is too small. Not worth for the paid money. Tried to charge me 4 euro per night for city tax (official price is 2 euro). NOT RECOMMEND for any traveller
Location - very close to all attractions. The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly.
This hotel facilities makes the Motel 6 look like a 5 Star hotel. The facilities are below any standards (excluding the clean room, sheets and and towels). Everything else was below par. The lack of elevator made it very difficult to lug the suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, the stairway stunk to raw sewage (it appears they do not have an external vent for the raw sewage - I suggest they install one before they gas poison their guests). The view from the window was to pigeon feces and piles garbage below. Lots of mosquitos in the room. Bathrooms and showers together - very small. A hotel from hell we left two days early and forfeited our pre-paid room. Booking.com should have some standards so these kind of places are not called hotels, motels nor anything else because they are not fit.
nice people and good location
breakfast too many packed food，but coffe is good
The bed was double as I asked. There weren't 2 beds united. Clean enough. Breakfast good.
Too much noise from the corridor every morning. I couldn't sleep well. Old windows.
Location is very good just off the immediate town center. Breakfast was modest but perfectly adequate. Staff was very friendly.
- friendly staff - proper breakfast - good bed
- by far too noisy. Main street for buses and ambulance. A room away from the street is a must to be able to sleep - drunk noisy people at night
nice staff baby-friendly relatively good & fresh breakfast (sweet - Italian-style)
no lift available (2'nd floor) - the private lift belongs to another hotel
Location, friendly staff, very good breakfast (considering it is a 2 star hotel - no cooked breakfast but cereals, rolls, various crispbreads, cakes etc etc) I had a room with a double (two singles pushed together). Overall clean, helpful, convenient. Value for money. One of my friends agrees with this, see 'what you didn't like' for the other friend's experience. Though note that she was overall satisfied with staff, breakfast etc. It was the stairs that did for her!
One of our number had to change hotels as she couldn't manage the stairs (no lift - there are 56 steps up to the hotel) and she said the bed in her room was too narrow (Room 7) and she fell out one night.
The location is excellent, very comfortable bed, clean room very helpful staff and enough variety for breakfast. Felt very safe. Bathroom is very small apart from that fantastic!
