The breakfast was very good, most of the staff spoke good English, the furnishing of the rooms was original and very nice, I liked the style of the hotel very much The attitude of some staff members was unfriendly, for one day there was only cold water in my room.. |

Hotel staff was really nice and helpful and the service was excellent. Also breakfast was good. Air conditioning did not work really well. Also the noise from the street was quite loud. |

The room were large and very clean, great location, the staff were very helpfull, continental breakfast was good. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was clean and roomy. The location of hotel is excellent - just across small street nearby the railway station. We experience some confusion at hotel. We book triple room (2 twins + 1 separate bed), but we got double bed + 1 extra bed. Hotel stuff solved that confusion quickly. |

the hotel is certainly centrally located - and torino is a magnificent city we arrived on a warm afternoon - and suffice to say that what passed as air conditioning in the room was far from adequate - the staff said that this was the maximum amount of cool and even in the breakfast room, the hotel was far too warm which compromised our stay at the hotel |

Excellent breakfast, nice and quiet room despite being so close to Porta Nuova railway station. Hotel bar and lobby rather boring - but you don't have to walk for long to find better. |

Prachtig statig hotel, ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt...een aanrader. Dat was de stad trouwens ook, we zullen nog terugkomen en terug in hotel Genio. |

Vicino al centro, colazione molto abbondante e variegata, buona pulizia della camera. Il parcheggio cui sono convezionati chiude a mezzanotte, difficile trovare un parcheggio anche non custodito e la zona di via saluzzo(dietro l'hotel) in cui poter parcheggiare è piuttosto mal frequentata. Camera troppo calda e non era possibile modificare la temperatura. Hotel talmente pulito che l'apirapolvere nei corridoi lo danno alle 8.00 del mattina svegliando chi ha deciso di dormire un pò di più. |

Le petit béjeuner était copieux, varié et excellent, assez rare dans les hôtel en général. Il faudrait préciser si on désire chambre fumeurs ou non fumeurs, à mon avis de nos jours il ne faudrait plus de chambres fumeurs. Si on tombe dans la chambre fumeurs c'est plutôt désagréable. |

Nous avons apprécié la situation, le confort, l'accueil. Le personnel est aimable et à l'écoute. La chambre était peu éclairée, puisqu'elle donnait sur une cour intérieure. Mais en revanche, grâce à son orientation, on n'y entendait pas le bruit de la circulation, ce qui est un gros avantage. De plus, cette cour intérieure - caractéristique de l'Italie- assurait la couleur locale de cet établissement confortable mais semblable à tous les établissements d la même catégorie en Europe et sans doute dans le monde... |

Met name de locatie tov het centrum in combinatie met een goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding is aantrekkelijk. Kamer was netjes en schoon, niet groot maar voor kort verblijf voldoende. |
