Best Western Hotel Genio  

The perfect location of this hotel, in the city center of Torino as well as its comfort.

We noticed that Sunday's breakfast was of a lower quality (poorer choice of products and a smaller room for guests)

Location, very easy to find.

Area around the station at night was not the best, but this tends to be the case in most major cities.

We found the hotel staff always eager to assist and very helpful. The hotel was beautifully maintained and was a pleasure to come home to everyday. The breakfast was substantial with a wide variety of food. We would stay at the hotel again and would recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The room was very clean but basic, but very good for us! I loved the staff of the hotel, they were very friendly! The nightguard was the best! Making cups of tea for me in the middle of the night! We for sure come back in this hotel!

The size of the room was good for Europe. The area in the evening is not the greatest. There seem to be many vagrants near and around the train station..we got what we paid for. It was okay for a short stay.

The air conditioning was not great considering that they had a heat wave. The hot water did not work on the day of our departure. When mentioned to the front desk..she said she could do nothing. Mentioning that was unacceptable, she took off $10.00 euros. That too, is unacceptable. I only hope THAt you can do something for us. Thank you.

Very central to station, Very clean,excellent breakfast,some staff very helpful other just did minimum,I would stay there again, we prebooked and has good prices for our stay

Being a Best Western hotels addict I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Ginio! It is perfectly situated both for sights seeing and travelling by train to the nearest cities. My room was very cozy and made me feel like at home, the bathroom was incredibly spacious!!! I definately liked the variety of food for breakfast althouh I was expected a bit more choice of cheese. If I am back to Turin again I will definalety stay in this hotel again

I don't know why what it appeared to be a bit complicated to the staff to provide me coffee-to-go in the morning before breakfast time. I was asked to come on the time which was more convenient to the receptionist and not me. So finally I decided that I can have my coffee on the train or somewhere else...

Les chambres rénovées sont spacieuses et très confortables. Excellents lits. Situation de l'hôtel à 2 pas de la via Roma et des zones piétonnes.

Posizione comodissima, confort garantito, ottima colazione, pulizia accurata. Ci tornerò di sicuro!

отличный отель в 100 метрах от ж/д вокзала. номера отличные. персонал отличный. завтрак отличный. через дорогу от отеля если пройти прямо в арки, начинается квартал магазинов начиная от недорогих и заканчивая магазинами Luxury. заказал утром такси в аэропорт на 10-00, водитель приехал ровно 10-00. новый мерседес s350 без шашек. ответ в аэропорт за 40евро. нужно сказать, что на официальном такси было-бы 60евро наверное. ехал в этот отель из другого и проехав 18км, отдал 30евро по счетчику. буду останавливаться только в этом отеле.
