Excellent location, just off via Dante, close to the main pedestrian passage through the center of Milan, five minutes walk from Cadorna railway station, but at the same time it is a quiet place on a small side street, no evening noise Very small room and bathroom, not exactly clean, poor breakfast (better to go to the nearest bar for a cornetto & cappuccino) |

Excellent staff - took care of all needs, very informative of city and surroundings. Loved the triple rooms being that we are a family of 5 with 3 small kids. Large bathroom in our unit. |

Genius Hotel Downtown is centraly located in a walking distance to the castle, duomo of Milan, la Scala theatre, shopping districts, etc. A room was dark, windows to some small roof garden with lots of metal constructions. No fresh air from outside. Advisible to keep windows closed. |

We paid cash but they also used our credit card - and when they refunded they did it in such a way that we lost 11 euro - very unproffesional. There was no remote controll to air condition in the room, we had to ask for that. |

I liked the way they (the hotel staff) behave with the clients: nice, attentive, kindly, communicative, ready to help you. The rooms are comfortable even if they`re small and not spacious. It`s a little bit noisy because of the narrow walls, you can hear almost every noise from the neighbouring rooms. |

The charming staff was very friendly and offered advice on what to see and where to eat. The beds are tolarable, not very comfortable. |

friendly staff slow motion staff, slow check-in (30 minutes), small tv, noisy AC, cleaning staff removed the remote control of the AC every day. |

First of all the location was excellent, super!!! And the staff was very very nice and kind. The room was to small and the bathroom also very small.The breakfast poor with(croassant with choco- but very good some confiture bread and butter and drinks)but for us was ok enough for breakfast. The room to small and the bathroom to small. |

The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent Our air conditioner did not work, the receptionist tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. We stayed for one night, so we let it go. |

Reception was ok. The lady receptionist was very sweet. She made a great cappuccino for breakfast, and was very helpful with hints and directions. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, really large and scary, in the first night. Then, there were several mosquitoes, we had to spend some time trying to kill them. The second night, due to exhaustion, we slept, and were bitten all night. |

Sehr zentrale Lage, bemühte Mitarbeiter Katastrophaler Zustand des Badezimmers (mehr Nasskabine), schmutzige Böden, Insektenleichen an den Wänden (vermutlich eine Gelsenplage im Sommer), Bettwäsche ließ zu wünschen übrig |

Sijainti hyvä, useimmat turistikohteet lähellä. Henkilökunta kohtelias, avulias. Kokonaisilmeeltään kolme tähteä yläkanttiin. Varauksen mukaan meidän piti saada 26 neliön huone. Se ei onnistunut millään. Saimme ehkä noin 17-18 neliön huoneen. Hintakompensaatiota ei tullut. |

Отель полностью соответствует своей цене и категории. Удобно расположен в центре города недалеко от вокзала, на который приходят поезда из аэропорта. Хороший континентальный завтрак. Дружественный персонал. Можно порекомендовать, если необходим дешевый отель только для ночевки на несколько дней. В номере был кондиционер, но не было пульта управления от него (возможно, его можно было получить, пообщавшись с персоналом, но т.к. я не люблю спать под кондиционером, а в отеле я проводил только ночь, то я не делал этого). На стенах номера были следы от раздавленных комаров. |
