We liked the design and style implemented in the interiors. Completely new and minimalistic design offers relaxing moments inside the property but as soon as you step out of the hotel we found ourselves on the road with cars passing very fast and the port in front always in heavy traffic. On the other hand all inside the hotel is a pure 10. I would stay there again when going to Genoa. |

It's very modern hotel. The restorant of the hotel is good. To go to the parking is really adventure. The service of the breakfast was very bad. |

The location. Cleanliness, no 24hrs a day room service, glass in the mini bar unsealed and with thoothpaste residus. When asked to see the duty manager, I was told that is was not in, but was insured that I will be called or emailed by the hotel manager. I am still waiting from him to contact me. |

Car parking is good but almost full at holidays.Modern but slightly cold design. Fast checkin' in and out. There is no WiFi Internet access in room at all, only in restaurant and lobby hall. Strange. Position is not good for city excursion. |

The rooms and attached bathroom were new and modern. Tea/coffee making facilities. No loading area or very small, couldn't quite tell with very fast cars coming round the corner. |

This hotel is a very clean and well equipped venue. We had dinner at the restaurant while there was a very big group as well, but none the less the food was impeccable and the dining staff was absolutely professional and really polite. The rooms (we stayed in 2 different ones) are very good. The receptionists were polite, though a little bit careless. They did their job but not to the max. Most of the hotel staff (apart from the receptionists) does not speak a word of English or French, which makes it quite difficult sometimes to explain (if one doesn't speak italian) |

Great location, right across from the port and close to the trainstation. The food in the restaurant was also very good along with the free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. |

The hotel was modern and enjoyable to stay in prior to embarking onto a ship at the nearby port. |

Nice rooms. Excellent beds. Do not recommend lousy restaurants to your guests. We was recommended the restaurant Pandmonio in the Old City (Via Lommelini). The tuna was overcooked, the pasta was cold and the fish was swimming in olive oil. Service was slow, and air con was non exsistent. I left early... |

Clean, comfortable rooms. The staff at the breakfast area were very helpful and even brought fresh stuff for us, when we arrived very close to the end time. The parking is a bit difficult to manouver especially getting out in the morning, since it takes you through the residential neighborhood. The internet did not work. |

The room was good, confortable and clean. We ask for a blanket (duvet) and the reception couldnt get one. 2 differentes things we payed and I think its too much, like 4 euro each just seating in the restaurant (when it was empty), 5 euro EACH for breakfirst in bed (5 euro ok but each its too much) and the breakfirst WAS COLD !!! |

The city. The hotel just has been opened and therefore there is lots of technical problem, and the staff is not trained and not yet able to help on that. There is anyhow lack of staff to respond to all problems.. not able to stop the airconditioning, TV not working, poor breakfast, gym not yet ready, no information about the city and what to do.. it is not acceptable for that price of room.. |

The hotel is a little from the centre of the city, but well located for public transport. Slightly dodgy area in the evening, but don't let that put you off. |
