Genoardo Park Hotel  

This hotel is a decent standard with good facilities and a lovely underused restaurant. It is a bit pricey to eat here. There is a trattoria about 200 yds up the road that is much better value.The pool is very good indeed with plenty of space and a bar.There is also plenty of parking.The highlight is to visit the amazing Norman Cathedral in Monreale. An absolute gem.

The hotel suffers from being in a very run down area below Monreale. The narrow road outside is a busy rat run with local cars hurtling along at all hours. Be very careful when driving to the hotel. It is also very, very poorly signed like most of the Palermo area,so just finding it is a massive challenge. Unbelievably, the hotels sign only points to traffic approaching uphill and most visitors arrive downhill and drive straight past it,only to have to turn in the narrow busy road beyond. A simple thing to put right which costs most visitors time and unecessary confusion.

Very unfriendly staff.

A great place to overcome jet-lag at the beginning of 18 days in Sicily frienliness of staff, excellence of food, beauty of gardens and presence of swimming pool all contributed. Proximity to Monreale and Palermo ideal

One of our rooms was handicapped accessible. The shower was strange, lacking a curtain and grab bars, splashing water all over the room, meaning someone with a disability is in danger of slipping and falling

Free parking.

The hotel appeared to be empty, but our room looked out over a vacant rooftop -- it would have been wonderful to have wakened to the poolside views. And why isn't there a shower curtain in the bathroom? It made taking a shower hard.

La struttura esterna e della piscina. Tutto molto curato Gentilezza del personale

La struttura interna: la moquette e da cambiare e I muri presentano qualche crepa. Prezzi del ristorante: non credo sia giusto pagare 19 euro mezza bottiglia di Regaleari. Il servizio della prima colazione: per essere in Sicilia ( e io sono di Palermo ) non credo sia giusto avere dei cornetti congelati e del cappuccino o caffè disponibile dalle macchinette automatiche.

Een prachtig hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Meer dan voldoende parkeerruimte op eigen terrein. Gratis shuttlebus naar Palermo.

La strada di accesso, introvabile per chi , in auto, non si prepara minuziosamente il percorso.

המיקום של המלון מאפשר יציאה לטיולים יפים . המלון עצמו נאה מאד ומעוצב בטוב טעם . בריכת השחיה נוחה ונעימה . הדשאים משרים תחושה של נינוחות . הנקיון משביע רצון . בקיצור , מלון מזמין .

ארוחת הערב בה מתהדר המלון הינה פחות מבינונית . הבישול אינו משביע רצון והמחיר גבוה . הבעיה הנוספת היא , שעובדי המלון , מלבד פקידי הקבלה , אינם דוברי אנגלית . כולל המלצרים במסעדה .

Parco all'aperto e piscina veramente belli e curati. Piacevole il regalo di un piatto decorato a mano fatto trovare all'arrivo in camera.

Personale dei ristoranti veramente Pessimo. Tavoli sempre sporchi a colazione e camerieri che sbuffano per qualsiasi richiesta. Prezzi del bar della piscina allucinanti( P.E.bottiglietta d'acqua 3 euro ). Carente la pulizia in camera..

Confort propreté des chambres proximité de palerme avec une voiture calme malgré tout entré jardin piscine très agréable

Petit déjeuner et surtout service de celui-ci à améliorer route d'accès assez étroite cet hôtel organise des receptions de mariage y compris en semaine toutefois l'administration de l'hôtel nous a averti 48 h avant et la réception c'est terminé à minuit donc pas de gêne majeur.

Bel hotel, personnel serviable belle vue sur la campagne, dont on peut profiter au petit-déjeuner qui se prend à l'extérieur, ainsi que le diner la formule menu proposée au diner est bien, bon rapport qualité-prix

L'accès à la piscine n'est pas réservé aux résidents de l'hotel: des gens de l'extérieur viennent passer la journée

Magnifique hotel avec parc et piscine. Personnel accueillant et serviable.

Dommage que l'hotel accueille des manifestations difficilement compatibles avec le standing 4 étoiles : journée avec buffet mi-été lorsque nous y étions avec des centaines de locaux qui ont envahi la piscine et l'hotel à grand bruit, sans aucun respect pour les touristes qui souhaitaient profiter du calme et des installations magnifiques.
