The stuff was very polite and friendly (they spoke English as well). The rooms were spacious, with very good A/C. The pool was very nice, quiet and very relaxing. Very very difficult to find and also difficult to return at night.Far away from Palermo, not because of the distance but because of the difficult location. Poor breakfast with bad quality. The garden was very nice at morning but at night nobody could see it because there was no light at all. It was like nobody stayed there but the stuff and you. |

polite staff, comfortable hotel,marvellous swimming pool ,nice breakfast, a really peaceul place for relaxing! if you miss via aquino from the main road:viale Regione Siciliana it's quite hard to find hotel by car |

Good location, away from busy city centre. Very friendly staff. Hotel is VERY difficult to find. Some sign posts on main road should do.The wireless internet has a somewhat weak signal.If you need the internet to keep an eye on your business... sth can go wrong. If you don't need the internet at all, I can recommend this hotel for it's very good and peaceful location. |

Geschmackvolles Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, grosse Parkplatz. Internet zu teuer, Mitarbeiter waeren nicht alle besonders freundlich. Check out 10h30. |

gli ampi spazi interni, il giardino esterno, la piscina, il buffet della cena il parcheggio, e in buona posizione per raggiungere la varie località. la segnaletica inesistente con relativa difficoltà per arrivare, la strada di accesso in una zona abbastanza squallida. |

Hôtel agréable, très grand, un peu vieillot quand même. Accueil sympa avec l'effort de parler français. La piscine est grande, agréable et surveillée. Petit dej en buffet avec tout ce qu'il faut. Bien pour une arrêt autour de Palerme ou pour visiter Monreale. Très difficile à trouver même avec un gps, très à l'écart de la ville et pas du tout indiqué. Obligation de quitter la chambre à 10 heures, ce qui est relativement tôt en vacances ; passé cette heure, la carte d'accès ne marche plus... |

Le cadre, la proximité de la ligne de bus vers Palerme (devant l'hôtel), le personnel parlant français. La proximité (à pieds) d'une petite trattoria (Al Cannote) certes assez fréquentée mais très bon marché et où l'on mange très correctement (ce qui évite de se ruiner au restaurant de l'hôtel!!). Les soirées noces, chambre vieillotte, salle de bain mal agencée, la piscine : personnel alentour inexistant malgré des heures annoncées d'ouvertures et de fermetures, l'eau du jacuzzi (que nous n'avons jamais vu fonctionner) verte, et les crottes de pigeons dans le fond de la piscine mais personne pour y remédier ! Objectivement, un hôtel correct mais qui ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles annoncées, 3 tout au plus. |

localisation parfaite ,pres de Monreale et à une demie heure en voiture du centre de Palerme;piscine grande et propre;personnel aimable,serviable et competent. Grand confort,meme si les dimensions de l hotel sont adaptees aux mariages et aux seminaires... l acces internet payant...et qui ne fonctionne pas . |

Accueil excellent, le personnel est aimable, dévoué et efficace. Problème dans la chambre dans les 3 mn quelqu'un était là, besoin de glaçons également. Hôtel spacieux. rapport qualité prix excellent. Bien situé pour visiter Monreale Palerme et ses alentours. Hôtel calme . |

zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes war das Hotel nahezu leer sodass tagsüber alle Bars etc. geschlossen waren. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ein nicht akzeptabler Zusrtand |

hotel gigantesque. Piscine et parc très grands, et hyper agréables. Possibilité de garer sa voiture. Proximité relative d'un arrêt de bus. Présence d'un restaurant correct.(mais qui ferme tôt). On peut boire le Corvo blanc... Tellement grand et tellement peu de monde en cette saison qui n'est pas la haute saison, qu'on se serait cru dans l'hôtel de "shining". Irréprochable mais froid. (détail: les chaînes payantes à la TV, c'est désordre et on ne reçoit pas ce qu'on veut.; attention prises électriques, pour la taille des fiches..) |

La piscina. Buena restauración a la carta. Nos dieron una habitación a un patio interior a pesar de una baja ocupación del hotel. El baño requiere de una reforma. No corresponde a un 4 estrellas. Localización del hotel nefasta, ilocalizable si no es con GPS. |

Moeilijk te vinden. Ligt op enige afstand van Monreale. Groot hotel, met een uitstekend zwembad. In de maand juli waren hier slechts 8 gasten. Zwembad voor ons alleen. Hotel met weinig sfeer. Laatste nacht grote bruiloft met enorm veel herrie. Niet echt een familiehotel. Prijs/ kwaliteit is niet in orde....! |
