Good location close to restaurants. Convenient for visiting Cinque Terre.

Dated interior and decor. Seriously, no WiFi? It's 2014!

Good location near the main street connecting the train station with the port. The personnel was very kind.

Perfect location and staff. Breakfast is delightful with a buffet and a beautiful garden. Staff is very helpful.

    Hairdryer might be newer

we liked that we could stay in La Spezie and tour Cinque Terre by rail... the hotel was comfortable and the staff were helpful

the hotel was difficult for us to find by car, the garage was not available and, after paying for an afternoon of on-street parking, we found a free car park for the two nights --but that was a good walk away from the hotel

We were not impressed with this hotel at all. It was very mediocre. The staff didn't really go out of their way, the breakfast was pitiful (and yes, we are used to Italian/European type breakfasts) I mean they don't even have a real cappuccino maker, the rooms were nothing special and could use some updating, the beds were awful, and the location was nothing to brag about. Unfortunately, we will most likely not stay at this hotel again nor would we recommend it to fellow travelers. In fact, I would not recommend staying in La Spezia at all.

is good for one night, maybe two. Not good for holliday.

Staff fair, but no friendly. Poor breakfest. Garage- far away from the hotel and small. Hard to park a car after 8 PM, because the acces can be blocked by other cars.
