Location and view. At best this is a 2 star hotel. Very poor bathroom layout. Breakfast offered was also of a very low standard.

The hotel is close to the centre and sea and appears to be the largest in Arenzano. Our room was comfortable and spacious. With the exception of one receptionist the staff were efficient but cold. Customer service seemed to something unknown in the hotel. Staff would benefit by visiting any of the other 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip.

The hotel is comfortable with spacious rooms. The sea view rooms do face the main road which runs through the town which can be a little noisy if you like to have the windows open. The breakfast & room service was good. The reception was very helpfull and made suggestions for local restaurants.

Exterior front facade. Parking. Stinking dirty old hotel. We was in 3 rooms and all rooms smells as a farm - you need open windows all time. Poor breakfast. Saturday you have incredibles sounds of disco on the other side of hotel. Dirty uncomfortable plage with thousands of rubbish and sigarette-butts! Never never never again.

Everything was excellent. The Hotel, our room with the sea view, breakfast, dinners , what to say - excellent vacation for the money. The staff extremely friendly, helpful, speaking several languages. I would like to mention Victor, the swimming pool very friendly life guard giving us all of the information regarding the area. Excellent staff - from the reception clarks, housekeeping, bar tenders, no complaints at all! By our opinion - the best hotel in the area! If possible, we would like to be back!

Just cross the street and you're on the beach. No need to book any beach reservation tickets since you may stay at the hotel very good pool and go to the sea from time to time if you wish and bask in the sun near the pool bar. Best choice for lazy travelers. Unfortunately, you can't adjust the temperature of the air-conditioner in the room. Fixed to the minimum it's still too hot when outside temperature is 35c.

I liked the room and the wonderful view of the sea; I also liked the exterior of the building, really nice. I didn't enjoy breakfast very much, therefore didn't want to try dinner which we had elsewhere. For such a grand hotel I felt the beach should have been for free, with such a small free beach. The hotel beach was very expensive. In the hotel the lift did not work all the time.

Great location and the view from the room. Free parking. The best hotel in Arenzano. Free Wi-Fi (in some rooms) Terrible restaurant. No hot options for breakfast. Horrible service during the dinner. The waiter forgot to bring our drinks, the food came cold and not tasty. Expensive beach entrance (40euros for 2 people)

I liked the pool area. the room had fleas and both me and my family were bit up. They did not change shower towels at all. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The parking situation is horrible and the parking staff is rude. I would not stay here again.

Friendly staff, location, hotel facilities such as free WiFi Internet, bar, pool. There was not much space for storing things in the room. This can be difficult for families.

The situation, the view, the reception staff. Even though traffic is quite heavy in front of the hotel, the windows really kept the noise outside. The bathroom was way too small compared to the good sized room. There was no shelf to put your toiletteries on. The shower cabin in our room (220) was not draining well and again very tiny. If you are a bigger size, you'll have problems getting in/out of the shower and moving around inside it. Also, the cupboard/wardrobe was very small. OK for us as we only stayed 2 nights, but for a longer stay it would have been very limited. Beware the hotel has no balconies.

We had an ocean view room which was a nice size, air conditioned and decorated attractively. This is one of the best locations on the Italian Riviera. We have been to this hotel on a number of occasions for lunch, which was always very good. However this time the food was dreadful, and they didn't appear to have a regular chef. The main bar in the hotel was closed, and one had to go the pool bar before dinner..But the worst thing about this hotel is the en suite bathrooms. They are unbelievably small, badly designed, and there is no space between the wash basin and toilet, so that one has to sit on the toilet whilst one brushes ones teeth. Not what one would expect for €175 a night. Also, the TV set was about 15 years old and small, when the norm is a large flat screen. The old TV incorporated LAN, but I couldn't detect any WIFI. No fresh flowers (just plastic) in public rooms
