The hotel, it seems, was built for russians, especially those, who can travel only via a travel agency and absolutely don't know any languages. Almost all of the personnal are ukrainean, the guests are also russian-speaking. But it's all ok if not the "special" breakfast - someone decided that russian tourists like the Soviet design of the breakfast room, the same Soviet variety of food (absolutely nothing to eat!), facilities for cooking eggs yourself (if you don't want to cook, noone will prepare eggs for you). The breakfast is served till 10.00, but when I came up to eat at 9.40 and asked to bring me ham and cheese because I didn't find it I was told that It's finished! Thogh they found it later, I suggest It's not a 4 star service 1. Completely restore the hotel: renovate the breakfast room and make it more "european", build new walls between rooms cause it seems they are made of paper - I could hear my neighbours in the toilet as if they were in mine! 2. Find out what means a 4* hotel service and start providing services of the same level of quality, this is especially related to breakfast. 3. Make jacuzzy ans saunas free of charge |

The hotel was not on the beach as advertised. In the room the bathroom shas avery pungent odor.When the toilet flushed the hole room smelled sceptic.The wallsin the bathroom were stained yellow from apparent water leaks fromthe rooms above. We actually left early because we couldn't stand the smell. |

la camera l'hotel in se che è stato venduto come un 4 stelle e in relata' come si entra si ha l'impressione di essere in un hostello si bassa categorie. Le camere per fortuna sono di ottimo stato. l'hotel emana cattivo odore per via della cucina prettamente internazionale che la struttura stessa propone ai clienti. La sala colazioni è minuscola e posizionata in uno scantinato! |

spazio è tutto sfruttato ci sono tavoli sedie ma appiccicati come per le auto e il parcheggio è difficoltoso nell'hotel chissà dov'è quello dichiarato |

La pulizia delle camere, la colazione ricca e la posizione vicinissima alle spiaggie. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate e quando i vicini sono molto rumorosi. I servizi come idromassaggio, sauna, etc sono da pagare a parte. |
