Es tracta d'un hotel senzill, però amb el necessari per passar una o dues nits mentre vas de viatge amb el cotxe. Net i polit. Està construït com si fossin casetes unifamiliars adossades, tot en planta baixa, porta al carrer accessible amb cadira de rodes i amb la plaça de pàrquing davant mateix de la porta de l'habitació. |

Close to Vatican. Excellent connections to subway and buses. Roof top terrace was nice for picnics and a late night glass of wine. Quiet and safe location. Very good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. |

The hotel is well situated to key attractions and shopping. Neighborhood is quiet and has restaurants in close proximity. Nice continental breakfast. TV had satellite and good selection of english channels The night staff was unwilling to help and at times rude. The rooms are very small and bedding / bed was poor. There are a few rooms that look out to the street with more room, but the price is not worth the extra few feet and noise. |

The rooms were clean & functional. Breakfast was good, enough to tide you over till a late lunch. Loved the 2 quiet gardens locations to just seat back & relax. Location was good, easy access to all parts of city by subway or foot. Need to provide more information on tours, sites etc. & even restaurant reccommendations. The TI locations are not great. |

The rooms are cleaned and reloaded every day. Breakfast was very delicious, especially the Capucinno Clothes ironing facility would be a good addition for tourists |

The Staff were amazing! Always helpful and informative. The breakfast is the same food everyday. Perhaps a variety of breakfast foods every couple of days. |

This is the eighth time I have stayed at this hotel which speaks for itself . Staff friendly, rooms clean, breakfast good and situated in a quiet area with Metro just one block away. |

The location was very good. It was close to the Vatican and to many restaurants and shops. The showers were horribly small, to the point where anyone larger than average would not fit through the small opening. |

The friendliness of the staff and the quiet, considering we were only a short distance from the Vatican. It was an excellent choice for a sightseeing trip. The size of the lift and the fact it would get stuck when the doors aren't closed properly. |

breakfast on saturday and sunday finished at 9.30. Not advised on check in of early breakfast finish. Arrive in breakfast room at 9.40 to be told finished despite several guest still eating. Staff refused to make tea or coffee. |

The warm welcome we received from Pieter was great after a long journey. Having a mini-bar was handy particularly as bar in reception wasn't that well stocked for drinks. Very comfortable stay with very clean bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Not really, but it would have been nice to have tea, coffee making facilities in room too... |

The hotel is quiet and personnel are friendly. The hotel manager was very helpful. The breakfast service included with the room was very good. The evening staff at the reception desk were unable to answer questions regarding tourism, etc., and always asked that we come back in the morning. |
