The apartment, on 2 storeys was perfect for us (4 A, 3 C), having a large balcony over the lake which is about 100m away. Perfect views even though I visited in autumn. Hotel surroundings are well kept up to high standard. Definitevly recommend this hotel and its apartments to anyone especially those who drive or hire a car. They even carry your baggage with an electric buggie from car park to apartment which is a long way, I liked this service. nothing much to complain about, only maybe about the deposit in cash which I understand |

Very new and hence very well thought out layout, we went in a quiet time which, although end of season was much better for us and the kids. Staff were very pleasant, food was great, sitting in the piano bar watching the sunset over the lake was gorgeous, kids loved the indoor pool, also the Bardalino shore front is right opposite with a lovely walk round into the old town - ideal location. I have no hair and still I have to wear a swimming cap, just don't get that. Gym is all but useless too. Having to count all the knives, forks, cups and glasses in the appartment was a real pain and should have been done by the hotel, there were at least 10 things missing too so I'm glad we did it. |

Had a lovely lake view from the balcony. The balcony was very roomy and felt quite private. The apartment was spacious with lovely light decor. For the size of the complex, the main swimming pool could have been larger. Holidaying with two children meant we could only use the main pool. There were lots of kids jumping in and fooling around which made it difficult for adults to get a proper swim. |

Great appartment, furnished in a modern way, fresh and clean. All needed facilities present. Appartmant consists of a leaving room with kitchen, badroom and a large bathroom. All well accomodated. Rooms have no view but mostly look into the neighboring appartmant building (only 1 floor high) |

Everything was fantastic. We loved the apartment and the staff especially Francesco was so friendly and helpful to us. We loved our stay here. Will definitely go back. There could be more information on excursions etc. on Lake Garda. It would be very helpful to have this information. |

Apartments were clean, modern, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely terrace. Grounds are well maintained and layout is very spacious and relaxing. Facilities such as pool, snack bar and restaurant are good. Location is excellent, 5 minute walk to lakeshore and 15 minutes to Bardolino old town centre. Restricitions on what food could be ordered to the room (pizza only) was puzzling - we would have eaten in our apartment more often, giving the hotel extra revenue, if we could have ordered more. Instead we went into the restaurants of Bardolino. Also, limited menu at snack bar (lunch menu only available between 12. |

Excellent rooms and well equiped for a whole family. We had a little baby and all necessary equipment was in the appartment.Beautiful view over the lake of Garda. For this price, the appartments should be cleaned daily and not weekly. Otherwise depending of the location the appartments can be a bit far from the pool/reception area. |

The appartment met our expectations. It was spacious, clean and cosy. Close to the lake and Bardolino. The heating - max temperature in the app. was 21C, it was late April and the weather wasn't nice, raining all the time. I asked the staff if they could turn up the heating a bit. They said they'll arrange it, but nothing happened. And secondly, the indoor swimming pool. The organisation in the welness reception/area is extremely poor. There was no one at welness reception desk. |

Modern and comfortable apartments with fully equipped kitchen, Garda and mountains views from the terrace are very nice. Museum of wine, museum of olive oil and an beatiful ancient citadel located nearby (5 km radius from the hotel). Low-season prices are quite reasonable. Garda is 400 meters from the gates, working time for all SPA activities is very limited and it will be good to prolong it at least till 22.00. Check-in and check-out procedures are complicated (you need to check all equipment in the kitchen by yourself at check-in to avoid penalizing at check-out). High-season prices are very, very high. |

Loved this hotel especially the price. it is situated right on Lake Garda and the hotel itself is very nice. The staffis very helpful as well. we had a one bedroom apartment with a nice big bathroom with a shower and a tub. They also provide bikes for you to rent for half a day and a full day. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Bardolino |
