Good location, outside of, but near to, the historic centre. Quiet, yet with a modern arcade nearby. |

It is situated close to the city center. The design and the interior decoration was very modern and clean. The receptionists are not well-informed about the events in the city, such as the programme of the theater, where to go and what to see. Not many leaflets are available at the hotel neither. |

Hotel room was spacious as was bathroom, hotel location was good about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Parma which is beautiful. This hotel looks, feels and acts like a 4 star, there is no way I would consider it a 5 star, the building and furniture is modern but more like a corporate headquarters then a hotel. The room (or bathroom) did not even have a box of tissues in it, which I would expect in any 3 star hotel. |

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, allerdings nicht durchgängig englischsprechend, Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel wünschte man sich im Doppelzimmer vielleicht einen/zwei bequeme Sessel bzw. eine kleine Sitzecke.. vorhanden war ein kleinerSchreibtisch (mit Fernseher darauf) und zwei Stühle |

La cortesia del personale. Hotel molto silenzioso grazie alla insonorizzazione degli infissi. Vicinanza alle principali attrazioni turistiche della città di Parma. 600 metri dal Duomo e dal Battistero, 800 metri dal Palazzo della Pilotta. 1000 metri dal Parco ducale. |

La proximité du centre ville est appréciable. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées.Le petit-déjeuner est relativement copieux, le café exellent et ne parlons pas du jambon de Parme. On est quand même relativement loin du standing 5étoiles. On s'attend à du grand luxe. Je m'attendais à mieux... |

Un quattro stelle accettabile ma senza lode e senza infamia. Camere abbastanza ampie ma dozzinali lo stesso per i bagni. Discreta la biancheria da letto. Improponibile informativa in camera, televisioni e biancheria da bagno. Insufficiente sia per sostanza che per servizio e presentazione, la colazione del mattino: alle 8.50 la maggior parte dei vassoi erano vuoti e non sono stati riassortiti per almeno 15 minuti. Colazione a livello di 3 stelle top. Sono molto deluso. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral und es war trotzdem sehr ruhig. 5 Sterne sind wohl etwas hoch gegriffen. Eher 4 Sterne. |

Cordialità dello staff, vicinanza dell'hotel al centro (20' a piedi), pulizia camera, silenzioso, spazi comuni al piano terra ben curati e in stile moderno, colazione in camera fino alle 11 e rilascio della camera per le 12. Parcheggio a pagamento, piccolo guardaroba, assenza di appendiabiti, un solo accappatoio, vista anonima. |
