It is situated close to the city center. The design and the interior decoration was very modern and clean. The receptionists are not well-informed about the events in the city, such as the programme of the theater, where to go and what to see. Not many leaflets are available at the hotel neither. |

Hotel room was spacious as was bathroom, hotel location was good about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Parma which is beautiful. This hotel looks, feels and acts like a 4 star, there is no way I would consider it a 5 star, the building and furniture is modern but more like a corporate headquarters then a hotel. The room (or bathroom) did not even have a box of tissues in it, which I would expect in any 3 star hotel. |

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The directions to the hotel given on the website are not very precise. It took us about 20 minutes of riding around town before we found it. |

Kind staff. The hotel has it's own bicicles which can be used free of charge for hotel guests. Only toast-bread at breakfast. |

Nice smelling soap (no, really). Helpfull staff. To our surprise there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, and no bath (not unusual to be offered in five star hotels). |

Cordialità dello staff, vicinanza dell'hotel al centro (20' a piedi), pulizia camera, silenzioso, spazi comuni al piano terra ben curati e in stile moderno, colazione in camera fino alle 11 e rilascio della camera per le 12. Parcheggio a pagamento, piccolo guardaroba, assenza di appendiabiti, un solo accappatoio, vista anonima. |

la posizione e la tranquillità Ho trovato la luce del bagno non funzionante e ho dovuto chiedere 2 volte l'assistenza (parliamo di un 5 stelle!) La colazione piuttosto banale. |
