The staff were excellent in helping our group - fabulous breakfast buffet in a nice setting, very comfortable beds & room with balcony. Good shuttle service to the train station. The jets in the tub didn't work; rooms not very soundproof as we could hear the person next door being sick all night. |

The room we had was spacious and the food was particularly good. The van serice to the boat or train was very very helpful!! The walls of our room seemed very sterile as there were no paintings, even a map or poster on the wall would make it seem more cheerful and pleasant. |

The staff were all very friendly, efficient and thoroughly professional. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the large, well equiped kitchen. |

Not much really, apart from the staff who mainly do do their very best. If this is a four star hotel there is something wrong with the system I'm afraid. The price should have told me that it's not. The decor, furniture, position, food. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttlebus to the station, nice restaurant just around the corner with great local food. Free safetybox in the basement. Good breakfast. Nice balcony. Aircondition in the room. Very good information kit about Cinque Terra. Loud aircondition, probably not possible to sleep while it was on. But on the other hand it was very effective, and wasn't needed during the night (october). |

The hotel was well presented, rooms very large - we had 2 bedrooms for 2 adults 2 teenagers. Facilities were excellent. Overall excellent hotel in its class. Breakfast was also very good.Information needed re Cinque Terre was readily provided in English. Female Reception Staff very friendly and helpful giving advice of local sites worth seeing. Location was not ideal if you wished to walk anywhere. transport was needed to go anywhere interesting. The hotel did compensate for this by providing transport to the train station for free for those visitors like us intending to go to Cinque terre. |

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel location is mis-represented - it is far from the center of town, the train station and the boat to Cinque Terre, has no view of the ocean and has no restaurant facilities. |

Close to Cinque Terra. Hotel provided free shuttle service to the train station and a Cinque Terra information package. The hotel is overated. This is a two star hotel at best. While the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms, furniture and fittings are in much need of an update. |

1) The hotel staff was very helpful and informative. 2) The breakfast was good with good variety 3) If you drive a car, there is free parking on the premises and there are at least 2 gas stations right around the corner. 4) It is a 15 Euro cab drive from the Central train station 5) You can hop on the hotel shuttle at scheduled times or take the bus to go to town for evening meals 5) There are scheduled shuttle drop offs for the Cinque Terre boat or to the train station in the morning and to pick you up at night. |

The hotel offers shuttle bus to train station but just run in the morning with limited seat. We arrived at the midday, the shuttle bus is not available. |

The hotel was quite good but too expensive for its level, it is not a real 4 star hotel and its location is far from center |

Excellent Reception and other staff who were patient and very helpful. Large clean rooms. Superb free bus shuttle to port and station. Superb base for Cinque Terre. Good and easy motorway connection. Excellent breakfast. Good secure parking. The location makes it difficult to walk to the centre of town restaurants and there is not much choice close to the hotel. |

The check in staff was not friendly, but the morning staff was. The breakfast was average. The room was OK but dark and no updating at all. In the description, it advertises a free shuttle to the Cinque Terre Train or Dock. We arrived around noon and found there is only one shuttle in the morning so we had to walk to the bus, wait for about 20 min, get to the train station on a very crowded bus and then take a taxi back. We had a car, but there is no parking at the train station. The hotel is much too far to walk and so I think this was misrepresented. There are no acceptable restaurants in the area either so we had to drive to the city center for dinner. |

Staff was extremely friendly They had a shuttle service but it was only in the morning till 1000. Costs about 14 euro to the train station so I would have stayed at another hotel if I knew the shuttle service was limited. |

The hotel was very convienently located off the autostrade and provided shuttle service to and from the port or train station to help us travel to Cinque Terra. Hotel staff upon our arrival was very helpful. The restaurant that they recommended down the street was great, however, the only one within reasonable walking distance. Location of hotel from the centre of La Spezia is a bit far which required us to have to take our car to go out for dinner. Upon our return, there was no parking left within the hotel parking area and we had to manouver our car to fit. Hotel staff in the evenings wasn't too friendly at all. Hotel was ok, but for the price, definitely wouldn't stay there again. Compared to other hotels we stayed in (and in more popular spots like Firenze), we ended up paying much more for a very basic and non comforting room. |

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful and very knowledgable. The buffet breakfast was great, and it included espresso beverages. The rooms were spacious and the transfer to the train station was very convenient. |

Hotel Firenze and Continentale is set in a typical building a few steps from the shops of La Spezia's charming city centre, next to the central railway station. |
Villa Accini is set in an ancient family mansion, which was completed restyled and trasnformed in a modern and comfortable hotel. |
Two minutes’ walk from Lerici historic centre is Doria Park Hotel. Surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens, this hotel offers panoramic terraces with stunning views and suites with Jacuzzis. |
Once a water mill, B&B Vignola now offers comfortable accommodation, a swimming pool, restaurant, and on-site market; all just 2 km from Levanto in the Cinque Terre. |
