Very little Rude staff. Unclean room. Staff's lack of knowledge about the local area and unwillingness to help. Poor quality of breakfast. |

Good location Looks like an old 70s hotel badly updated to modern standards - ok for a weekend trip but not for a 1-week holiday! |

The location was excellent, central to Europe and close to the train station for convenience. The room was small and there were no luxuries. We chose it based on the location. |

The hotel is near the roma termini station and the room is clean enough The room doesn't have an air conditioner, so it' very hot in the summer and therefore for the price, it is not a very good deal... |

Near Termini Station Very small, old and horrible bathroom. Pour breakfast with horrible juices and hard-hitting bread. No Air Conditioning availiable. Near an 1 star hotel or less. |

Location is a good one - not far from railway station and about 20-30 min. walking to reach main attractions It is not a 3-star hotel (comparing it to 3* Holiday Inn, Giada is MAX 2* hotel). Room was quite big, but no air conditions. In addition, you cannot sleep after 6.30am - noise from the street does not let you do it :(. What I believe is right is to decrease the price. |

The hotels location was great for my trip, its only a few minutes walk from the train station making it easy to get transfers to and from the airport and for getting around the city. The facitlities were good, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful, the receptionist provided a map and gave me useful directions and local information. The shower in the room wasn't very good. |

The central position of the hotel is one of the few good things this hotel has. The breakfast was poor and has too many sweet items in it (gems, criosants). Don't eat too much in the morning. |

The hotel is found in the center of Rome. You can go anywhere from there since the main train station is very near. Also the main shopping center is within walking distance from the hotel. I think that breakfast improvement. |

The hotel is very well located close to Coliseum and to the subway/train station. The breaskfast is very good. We had problems with cold water in the shower. I had to go to another room to take shower. Also, the hair dryer does not worked |
