Hotel Giada  

the location of the hotel. is next to termini and has easy acces to all the the transportation means

the hotels is not classified as 3 stars, is less. the breacfast is very poor. the prise of the room is to hight compearing on what it offers. I wiil never stay there.

hot water could not be guranteed, we 3 had to catch time to take shower, while, the 3rd people took a cold water shower no any hot watet.

A great location. Close to most monuments and to Termini from which you can easily go anywhere.

The included breakfast could be much better. The breakdast room is windowless. No fruits are offered, only processed jam. +/- 5 tables are not enough to accomodate everyone in the morning.

Staff are very kind

Room was very basic but clean. Handy to Roma Termini and other tourist features. Front desk was manned 24hrs so that was a big plus.

Very close to Railway, excellent value for money, amazingly clean

Location is excellent. Close to metro and train station. A lot of restaurants nearby. Sheets and towels are changed everyday.

Hotel is old. Rooms are smelling cigarette since they haven't been repainted after it became a nonsmoking hotel.

Staff friendly, practical, helpful and fantasctic distance from Roma Termini (3-5 min max)

The room should be made more friendly-looking : the illumination was quite depressing (one more table-lamp would have changed everything), it needs brighter/warmer colours for the walls.

Yes,many things.The room cleanliness and comfort were awful.The breakfast was poor,only a cup of coffee and croissant .Hotel Giada is without compare to our first hotel Centro /the same range/,the difference is huge. Please,don't offer this hotel to the others,they would be disappointed and it would be waste of money. Thank you for your kind attention.

Very poor network coverage in the room, no wi-fi in the room, VERY uncomfortable bed

The room was very Tired !!!!!! but clean. Noisy in the morning being above the breakfast room area.

It seemed somewhat run down.

Overall I was happy with the hotel they were friendly and helpfull .Location was excellent would stay again.

breakfast was very very basic. hotel room looked a bit outdated and needed some paint and touching up wallpaper was worn and torn in places. Shower looks old but works and hair dryer i nsone of those later 70's early 80's style but works Only 1 lift shared with another hotel

Location (near Termini railway station) - quite clean room.

Not a 3-Star hotel, I'd say 1-Star hostel. No wifi in room, only at reception area. No fridge in room. The elevator was old and very slow, shared with another hotel, took forever to go only to second floor. The room had no air conticion and the ceiling fan was extremely loud. The bed was old too and very hard. The hair dryer was a circa 1970 model. Breakfast is poor.

Not a 3-Star hotel, I'd say 0-Star hostel. No a/c!!! Just fan. No bath tub, jus shower. €55/Nite No wifi in room, only at reception area. No fridge in room! 5 min walk from train station if you plan to go Pisa. I checked out from crappy Giada to Bettoja Atlantico only 20 m away €25/nite more but all above problem solved. Atlantico Vintage hotel good breakfast, wifi, bathtub, minibar, .... perfect just like Hilton.

Everything is crap.

Right in the city, near the train station and buses,staff were helpful,they cleaned the rooms and changed the towls every night!

Very poor hotel with poor furniture, old conditioning system in the room that works from time to time, no minibar, poor shower facility, no conditioning system in the hotel (except rooms).
