Score from 617 reviews Good
Good location and very central.
Room was dark! No air condition! Breakfast just OK!
Location; close to train terminal and short walk to the Coliseum & Roman Forum
Breakfast room was too small, not enough tables, only served bread and coffee. The hotel had no toiletries and the facilities were rundown and severely need upgrades
Coming from Ciampino airport, the location was excellent and easy to find. Quite a few restaurants close by.
Cleaning was sometimes a little bit late in the afternoon.
The location is perfect.
The room walls and the bed spread could be cleaner
- friendly staff - excellent location
Location is very near the Termini. Since the staff in the reception are in rotation 24hrs,2 staffs are very nice and one of them is kinda rude. Includes breakfast.
Since there is no aircon (ceiling fan only) in the room we have to open the window(no mosquitto screen) we got so many mosquito bites during our stay facility is quite old. Wall paint in the room is dirty. Leaks in the bathroom. Shower door is falling apart.
Location is great
It was close to the place I had to go for work.
- The phone rang 3 times during the night, about 3 o'clock - There was lot of noise from the other buildings. - The breakfast was fair. - It does not look like an hotel, but like a building with small rooms where an office was put at the entrance.
close location to railway station
rude and unhelpful desk staff
Handy location, cheap, breakfast included
Bathroom smelt like urine, not clean. Dated.
Easily located and walking distance after arriving on the train from Rome international airport. Good coffee shops around for the morning and gelato for night caps. Could walk to all attractions and helped us book a tour of the Sistine chapel.
One of the staff members on the front desk was really abrupt and bordered on aggressive... Thought at first it may have been a 'lost In Translation' but time and time again, no matter how friendly we were, he was defensive and rude. We also ate pizza at a restaurant just up the road after a long day on transit ... They blatantly ripped us off and when questioned, even printed out a second bill with a different total to the original! Be careful eating along that strip and hold onto your bills while you wait for your change!
The hotel was marketed with internet access. Unfortunately, internet access was available only in the lobby. This is unfair for the traveler.
The rooms are dirty, diferent from photos at the web site of the hotel. The staff sometimes were really rude. They don`t help us with our luggage.
The facilities of the location
internet only in the hall of the hotel. There is no intertnet in the room
Near terminus. Express train to airport for only14 euros. No traffic to hold you up. Many restaurants around.
Kids asking you for help at train station. Annoy you all the time.
Exelent location! Breakfast was amazing! Very friendly and attentive staff
The room is very large. And with two single beds.
The breakfast is not good if this hotel has 3 stars.
breakfast room size location
no internet no safe, big problem to carry documents no air conditioning
The breakfast and staff who prepare the breakfast are excellant .. And plolite
One of the staff in the reception is very aggressive and he is not nice at all .. I dont know his name but he is a young guy and i think he is not italian
It was close to Train Station and in the centre of the tourist attraction. Breakfast was included.
No air Conditioning. A ventilating fan is used for AC. Windows facing the back of the building . No view
It was just close to the train station. Fair location
Staff are rude. Not good quality of everything; room, the whole bulding, facilities, .... You don't also have wifi in the rooms, should get to the lobby, if you can call it lobby( just two small coaches)
No Aircon, toilet can't flush properly, breakfast bad.
Close to Termini. Nice kitchen staff
Flees in the bead, stained/a little dirty bed sheet, smelly (mouldy bathroom). I wan't come back even though the price was ok.
Staff not kind and never have smile face. You are arriving there like a going to prison waiting you sullen face.No air conditions inside rooms.you are burning inside under the hot Rome weather.
Walking distance to train station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I liked that breakfast was included and there was a small elevator. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
The walls were dingy and the showers were very small. Wifi is only available downstairs.
