It was just close to the train station. Fair location
Staff are rude. Not good quality of everything; room, the whole bulding, facilities, .... You don't also have wifi in the rooms, should get to the lobby, if you can call it lobby( just two small coaches)
No Aircon, toilet can't flush properly, breakfast bad.
Staff not kind and never have smile face. You are arriving there like a going to prison waiting you sullen face.No air conditions inside rooms.you are burning inside under the hot Rome weather.
Walking distance to train station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I liked that breakfast was included and there was a small elevator. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
The walls were dingy and the showers were very small. Wifi is only available downstairs.
It was close to the train station, and had a lift which some hotels don't. Restaurants were nearby so going out to eat was easy.
Staff were unfriendly, many things in hotel were broken, wifi only in lobby but the couch there went through to the floor when you sat on it. Breakfast was very poor quality and did not go late enough for a sleep in.
Location is excellent, close to the railway station and the tourist buses. There are plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding streets, while street noise is minor. Staff are helpful, breakfast was good, if basic, and the rooms clean.
Clearly has seen better days, and desperately needs some renovation to prevent it becoming just a back-packer hostel. With some money invested, it could be a good 3 star hotel. Wifi was only available in the narrow foyer, causing privacy issues.
Hotel price was very reasonable. The proximity to the central station made it easy to travel to different locations in Rome and to and from the airport.
the facilities were not the best and in the morning getting to the lobby is a challenge (one small elevator)
The location was excellent, the staff helpful and the breakfast was a highlight, we asked for a quiet room which we got.
The lift was shared between two hotels and there were no stairs, we are not a tall family but to use the toilet you had to sit at an angle because your knees got stuck under the sink! It was advertised as having air conditioning but really it was a ceiling fan.
The hotel location
The hotel is not will arranged no internet in all rooms Not clean enough Customer service is not within global stander There are no A/C in the room ,can't sleep
Good location close to Termini station, good price, room spacious and comfortable. Decent European breakfast included
Lack of wi-fi in rooms ( they have in lobby), room can also be noisy but you are in middle of big city!
Proximity to Rome Tremini.
Staff presented as arrogant, wi-fi only accessible in lobby area (not in rooms), no computer access & when I asked if they could print a page for me the staff member said it cost 1euro per page. How rediciolous!!! Room smelt like mould, bed felt hard as rocks to sleep on. Hotel is extremely dated!!!
Front Office Managers were very friendly and helpful. Thank you ! Very good location Breakfast room ladies were very pleasant and always with a smile !
B'fast could have been better if fruits were included !
Staff was friendly and helpful! Excellent location, close to train station. Breakfast was decent and nice that it was included in price!
Wifi only available in public areas. One small elevator that takes a long time. Small bathrooms/showers.
Having to leave my keys at reception before leaving the hotel each time.
wi-fi is not enough. wi-fi is possible only reception.
bathroom not cleaned properly, noisy neighbours, though reception staff helpful n friendly
tv channels n the shower
Very convenient location and good value
Lack of wifi in the bedrooms, and a somewhat limited selection for breakfast
I love the location of this hotel...lots of restaurants..close to the train, subway and bus.
Close vicinity to termini, crew speak english, the rooms are clean and maintained well.
Breakfast doesnt have enough options.Should go with a loaf of bread and cereals. Fan in the room doesnt go to max speed. wifi is not accessable in the rooms.
friendly staff; very clean room; good location, close to Termini train station; easy walking to the main Roman sites; good Italian breakfast; nice balcony;
would be good if hotel staff will fix flashing facilities in the bathroom
Termini is hardlu at 5 mins walk. Receptionist spoke english.
Wifi is not available in the room. Little costly.
Location is good. Next to roma termini which is the intersection of the 2 metro lines A and B.
Staff is not friendly at all. The bathroom, at least the one we got, is really bad, the shower's door was broken and they didn't even bother fixing it. At breakfast time we had to wait for the one and only elevator and of course we took the fire exit stairs in order not to wait so long. The common areas are filthy. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
No wi fi inside the rooms Some of the staff were not frindly U have to pay to keep your lugage in a safe room if u are chrcking out very earlier than your flight
Near by the metro and within walking distance of some local attractions and a bunch of restaurants. Very affordable.
The room was really, really cheap looking. Bad odor, like people have been smoking in there forever. But then, you don't go to Rome to stay in your room. No wifi in the room. The staff was respectful but no the happiest people (as in, not even a smile!).
How close it was to the train station.
The staff. The atmosphere. The lack of WiFi in the bedrooms. Unhelpful. I got lost trying to find it. The shower head was spraying all over the place. I think I have mentioned enough.
