The price, we payed 120 euro for three nights, can't beat that! The apartment was really a big room divided by furniture into two parts with a double and a single bed in each. There is a small but big enough for a few days' worth of food for two fridge.

No wifi! Even though the website says there is. A massive drawback as the hotel itself is a good 10 minutes walk from the "apartments". The bathroom smelled quite bad. The nightstand lamp next to the bed didn't work. It was really cold (no heating) as it rained all weekend.

Not fancy but quite ok if you are looking for a budget place right in the centre. Clean simple rooms. Hotel has its own garage two blocks away, worth paying the fee, no free parking in the area.

Very poor breakfast, but there are lots of bars nearby to get a great coffee! Wifi was a mess, had to change password every 24 hours, and separate login for every device...

Staff, breakfast, location, value for money, for once we got a proper double mattress, not two small ones! We were very happy.

The walls in the room were dirty.

The hotel is located in the very city center. Good breakfast.

Noise from street sometimes

Central location.

Odd breakfast, mostly packaged sweet pastry. Bad smell at staircase. Staff does not understand their own "do not clean this room" sign (3 languages incl. Italian). A lot of noise from the main street.

Good location for ferry terminal (walkable) and on bus route from train station. Comfortable and clean room. Booking.com map shows it on correct street but not correct place on street.

Nice rooms. Location in the middle of the shopping streets of Livorno.

Not clear to reserve parking before arrival. Had to park in the street in front of hotel and pay every 2 hours to stay there.

The bathroom was disgusting, dirty, old, musty walls. The airconditioner did not work, the room was stinky and noisy.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location and easy to find. Breakfast good and room comfortable. Bathroom had bath with plug and as I had a strained muscle this was a bonus.

Hotel is totally ok for someone who needs a place to stay in the city center of Livorno. All the basic services of a good hotel.

My room was having an electric breakdown sometime at night, and it fixed only in the morning. Cigarette smoke (from the hallway??) disturbed a little.

Location is very convenient for catching the ferry

Overhead fan didn't work on a very hot night so we didn't sleep very well

Room was very musty and dark

Hard to say. Perhaps, its situation next to the ancient city.

Cold room with not working heater. The most complicated parking system I ever experienced. Moreover, for eur 12. No English at the reception in the morning, hence complications with payment... Restaurant closed Saturdays and Sundays (actually no exception in Italy).

Letto comodo. Reception 24 ore. Tv lcd. Phon nel bagno. Armadio con specchio.

Il giorno del mercato chiudono la strada pedonalizzandola e diventa complicato raggiungerlo. I vetri sono leggeri e passa tanto rumore. Il bagno è molto vecchio. Cambiate le doccie! Frigobar rumoroso. Luci comò non funzionanti.

Senza lode e senza infamia

Troppo rumore dalla strada. Compagnia di giovani che ha fatto baccano nei corridoi senza essere ripresa da nessuno.

Qualità-prezzo, posizione. Piena disponibilità alle nostre esigenze. Siamo soddisfatte.

assente la cura dei dettagli. Buffet a colazione carente e poco vario. L'ambiente in generale sembra molto trascurato. Basterebbe poco per renderlo molto piu accogliente.
