Giappone Inn Parking Hotel

We booked a twin room, got there it was a double, that was very promptly changed for another room, which was also double, third time lucky! Noisy outdoors, but we had been warned about that. Really no major complaints, we got value for money & convenience, which is all you can ask for Again, thanks William Ould

We were on our way to get onto the Sinfonia and had to stay in Livorno for 2 days. We book well in advance and had a few questions and request before our arrival. I sent the Inn a few emails and their responces was always very fast and informative. I really enjoyed my stay there.The were clean and conveniently close to all the places that we needed to be.

I liked everything about the Inn. The room was a good size. The Breakfast was good and enough. Staff was helpfull as much as they could be. What was very nice is that they had free internet and I could check my emails before departure.

Onvriendelijk aan de receptie. Bedden waren versleten, helemaal doorgezakt. De veren van de matras staken er helemaal door. Wanneer je op het bed ging liggen, lag je niet alleen in een put en staken er ijzeren pinnen in je rug. Verder was de kamer vuil, vol met stof. Geen aardige geur in de kamer en vooral geen gezellig of aangenaam gevoel. Daarbovenop was de badkamer er nog erger aan toe. De douche zag er helemaal niet hygiënisch uit en de douche deur hebben we letterlijk op onze neus gekregen. In deze slechte lijn gaan we verder, het ontbijt was rampzalig. We zijn van armoe elke dag ergens gaan eten. Bij het vragen naar een andere kamer werden we onheus behandeld. Er werd beweerd dat we maar geboekt hadden voor een twee sterren kamer, maar het hele hotel is uiteindelijk 0 sterren waard. Deze opmerking was dus geheel onterecht. Via booking.com hadden we geboekt voor een tweepersoonkamer in een 3 sterren hotel en niet in een 2 sterren hotel! Het is eigenlijk schandalig dat dit hotel op booking.com te vinden is met zulke goede recenties, terwijl het in werkelijkheid rampzalig is. Zonde van onze duurverdiende centen!

Facile da trovare, comodo, reception sempre aperta anche a Capodanno, stanze ben riscaldate, orari larghi (check out ore 12, colazione fino alle 10.30)

Hotel fatiscente, strutture vecchie e obsolete.

L'ottima stanza e la pulizia in relazione al prezzo. La buona colazione. L'ottima posizione. Per noi elbani...da tenere presente!!!!!!!!!!

Struttura dall'aspetto decisamente trascurato, con rivestimenti strappati in molti punti. Camera con allestimento datato, ma soprattutto con servizi che andrebbero decisamente rinnovati. A mio parere complessivamente non offre un servizio da 3 stelle.

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, et le parking

L'état de délabrement du materiel des chambres et des salles de bains, la forte odeur de tabac

Uniquement sa situation geographique

Le personnel pas du tout accueillant, la chambre sale et qui sentait mauvais, vetuste avec les fils electriques apparants, de mauvais goût. Vraiment cet hôtel ne mérite pas que l'on y séjourne même pour une nuit.
