Short distance from ferry to Corsica and possibility of parking in the garage. Due to early car ferry to Corsica we did not have the breakfast in hotel. It would be pleasant to have a possibility to take a package with us. |

Absolutely nothing to write in this section, there was nothing at all I liked about htis hotel Had your receipt not stated that I could not cancel I would have walked out immediately, had I not been alone in Livorno a commercial port city I would have got up in the middle of the night and left. The hotel was smelly, dirty and very unwelcoming. The restaurant was like a truck drivers caff with the television blaring and just lots of men sitting around watching it. |

das appartment war zweckmäßig, für eine übernachtung zb um die wartezeit zur fähre zu überbrücken geeignet, parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden die appartments sind trotz wegbeschreibung im hotel schwer zu finden, keine beschilderung, ich hatte das gefühl, der herr an der rezeption war selbst noch nie dort. das duschwasser war kalt. da kein personal des hotels vor ort ist, konnnte uns auch nicht weitergeholfen werden. das personal des im gleichen gebäude befindlichen restaurants konnte uns ebenfalls nicht helfen. |

Ganz praktisch vor der Überfahrt mit der Fähre nach Korsika. Livorno ansonsten ist m.E. eine nicht besonders sehenswerte Hafenstadt. |

niente, in quanto nonostante ho avvisato il mio stato di salute, di persona disabile, per ben tre volte, al mio arrivo mi avete fatto dannar l'anima, e questo oltre a non essere serio da parte vostra e un segno che ai clienti date pochissima attenzione! non si può assegnare una camera quando il vstro hotel ha la receptin non agibile, o, ancorpeggio assegnare un garage per l'auto e trovarlo stracolmo di mobili vari, ma sapete gestire un hotel, ho fatto non poco per cnvincere il mio amico in carrozzina a non chiedervi anche i danni, non era il caso, la buona volontà di qualcuno, ha placato il tutto! |

Gli appartamenti del Residence sono abbastanza spartani nell'arredo, e carente nella pulizia anche degli ambienti comuni, però personale cordiale. Adatto per ospiti senza pretese. |

Personal und Frühstück Dusche ohne Wasser, dünnes Riinnsal aus dem Wasserhahn am Waschbecken, Toilette komplett verstopft, Straßenlärm von außerhalb, aber auch lautes Brummen nachts von elekrrischen Geräten am Gang. |
