It was an excellent stay.welcome was very friendly and professional.Breakfast was very good with an excellent variety. Location is perfect.only stayed one night but would certainly stay longer next time.

WiFi was very very bad.

Friendly staff, clean and big enough room, bathroom (except shower cabin), very good location in Arona.

The spacious bathroom and, in the same time, very cramped shower cabin without any shelfs. The strange wi-fi policy. You are recieved one receipt with password for limited time and (pay special attention!) only for one device! If the limited time finished or you have more than one device - you come to reception again and again.

Nice location, right in front of Lake Maggiore. You are given a parking pass, so that you can park for free around the town.

On the down side, the room we had was a bit tired-looking, peeling wallpaper, missing knobs...; it gave the feeling that a lot of people had been there before. The free internet was not working properly

Location, very close to train station with direct line to central Milan and easy drive to the airport. Great view from bedroom window (but paid extra for the view). Reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the breakfast waiter was very hardworking and efficient. We had to leave early in the morning and we expected to miss breakfast, however a breakfast was set out for us at 6 am without us asking. We had an excellent, good value meal in the hotel restaurant which I would thoroughly recommend.

Initially I was rather horrified but strangely this faded hotel grew on me during our stay. Rooms were very tired and really in desperate need of refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. The shower was very small, obviously very difficult for the cleaners to keep adequately clean and anyone larger than average would struggle to get in and out, but on a positive note the water was always hot. However, despite all the negatives, somehow this hotel retains an unexplainable charm.

ensure that you change the showers, this not the first time that myself ( been 4 times before) and other prior guests had to asked to change to A room that has A shower over the bath because the shower cube is tiny, yes only fit for A size 10, skinny person or A child. otherwise the room is excellent

Location is excellent. Near all means of transportation for the Lake Maggiore region. Room is spacious and staff is ok. Good value for money.

Cost of internet usage is a bit of a rip off. I come from a country (Malta) where it is rather common to find free Wifi. So having to pay 5 euros for 30minutes of internet is too much, especially when I needed to consult the internet due to the imprevedible rail transport systems of Italy.

The location was great, so close to Lake Maggiore. Good choice with buffet breakfast.

The rooms need updating. There was also a restaurant below which we didn't know about that was noisy at night.

Great location, nice balcony overlooking the lake. View of lake was stunning...shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Close to Milan's Malpensa airport (that's why we stayed there...we were flying back to the US from Malpensa the next morning).

Rooms were fine, but not very large (typical two-bed room you'd find in the U.S.).

The room is clean and quite spacious, compartively to other European hotels of similar rate, good free wi-fi connection. Good air-conditioning in the room. Pretty close to the train station and to the pier for lake cruising.

Great location - a short easy walk from the train station even with luggage, with a good selection of cafes/bars nearby, and the ferry terminal and the lakeside promenade is just across the street. The room was mostly quiet, spacious and clean, with a good size clean bathroom and shower over the bath. Breakfast was standard Italian buffet with plenty of variety, and good espresso coffee was available. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was fast most of the time.

The final night of our otherwise perfect stay was marred by very noisy people in the room next door who slammed the doors and talked loudly.

Very good location in Arona and convenient for both the railway station and ferry terminal on Lago Maggiore. Handy for shops, restaurants and the street market on Tuesdays.

The breakfast buffet was limited and we would have liked more fresh fruit.

Your hotel was fabulous.. really enjoyed the stay and your staff... your showers did however give both me and my wife Tinea....I'm ok with it. it happens ..just so you know.

The Hotel Giardino had spacious rooms, we had an excellent view. Staff were helpful.

The bathroom needed a very good clean.
