The staff tried to be helpful.

It felt like they were still preparing for the high season. The gardens were very untidy. The breakfast was very average. They sent us to a restaurant in town where they had a "deal". We paid over the odds for lots of very average food. For the same price we could have (and should have) ordered our own meals, had less but better food and had a much better experience.

Bus to the beach (why so late?).

Potentially dangerous location - you need to walk down to the town/beach, crossing and then walking alongside the busy road without any pavement. Customers are there for the hotel personnel, not the hotel personnel for the customers (opening hours of reception - from 9:00 and nobody at evenings and early mornings,unavailability of the hotel staff under the given number - call returned 10 hours after the miscall, late breakfast hours - everywhere from 7:30, here 8:30).

Un lieu tres agreable,calme situe dans un bel espace vert.nous avons apprecie la proximite du centre de tropea.

Trevlig personal. Mysigt rum i garden hotell miljö. Underbar utsikt in över stan och havet från frukost terassen. Rent och fint i rummet, rena handdukar varje dag.

På hotellets hemsida och på booking.com infomerar hotellet om att det går bussar till torget och till stranden. Det stämmer inte.Dessutom står det på samma sidor att hotellet har möjlighet att ordna busstransfer till och från flygplatsen i Lamezia. Det stämmer inte heller.Cykeluthyrning finns inte heller. Vid kvällspromenad från gamla staden till hotellet, saknas både trottoar och belysning.

Die Hotelanlage liegt mitten in einem schönen großen Garten am Stadtrand von Tropea. Man kann auf einer wunderschönen Terrasse frühstücken und die tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und Tropea geniesen.

Die Hotelanlage wirkt relativ alt und die versch. Gebäude der Anlage sowie die Zimmer hätten mal dringend eine Sanierung nötig. Die ansonsten sehr schöne Gartenanlage könnte mit etwas gutem Willen noch viel schöner gestaltet werden. Das Personal (inkl. Der Eigentümerin) bemühen sich nicht besonders um das Wohl der Gäste. Beim Frühstück wurde nur wenig geboten. Als das Brot fertig war wurde erst auf Nachfrage Nachschub gebracht, und auch dann nur 3 Scheiben Brot, obwohl noch viele gäste beim Frühstücken waren. Die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, und so mußten wir uns selber einen bereits benutzen Tisch abräumen um auf der Terrasse frühstücken zu können. Der Fußweg zur Stadt ist besonders abends sehr schlecht, da kein gehsteig und auch keine straßenbeleuchtung auf dem ca. 15 minuten dauernden Fußweg vorhanden ist. In den Zimmern ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Con una breve camminata di circa 500 metri ci si ritrova all'ingresso del centro di tropea....peccato il ritorno tutto in salita in una strada senza illuminazione!

Troppo a ridosso della statale....il traffico si sente!! La colazione a lasciato molto a desiderare

è situato su una collinetta per cui è molto tranquillo come posto, lontano dagli schiamazzi.

Abbiamo richiesto a inizio soggiorno uno stendino, presente in tutti gli altri terrazzini, ci è stato detto che lo avremmo avuto il giorno seguente ma così non è stato. La colazione è servita fino alle ore 10, ma se uno decide di scendere dopo le 9.30 non trova più niente e il buffet non viene riempito nuovamente.

hotel con un ottima posizione. vicino al centro del paese e dal mare. noi siamo andati sempre a piedi.

pulizia scarsa, colazione povera. ci siamo morti dal caldo, ventilatore rotto e il giardino mal curato.hotel molto trasandato e misero. da non rifare

La posizione sul mare ma scomodo

Colazione pessima,servizio pessimo,e poco curato

Poco distante dal centro,il personale se pur minimo è gentile.La pulizia delle camere sufficente.

L'hotel necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione e le camere di un 'imbiancata.Prima di prenotare chiedere se la camera è fornita di climatizzatore,la mia non l'ho era.

Nulla. Non è come dalle foto rappresentate.

Camera piccola, monolocale posizionato in un ampio giardino che necessita di più cura. Mancanza di assistenza dopo le ore 21, reception chiusa ed all'ingresso un numero di telefono in caso di necessità. Parcheggio sterrato senza custodia.
