Hotel Giardino Delle Ninfe E La Fenice    

Amazing panoramic view.

The view was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Bus picked up right outside hotel. Had dinner at the hotel and it was very good but a bit over priced with no option for kids so had to pay 20 euro for my 10yr olds meal as well

Only the person when we arrived spoke any English. She showed us all the spa's and terrme baths but never told us of closings. We went out after dinner and all of them were completely drained so we never got to use them. No one offered a map, or gave us any information on the island. Breakfast was not served until 8am and we had to leave at 7:30am. Oh and after walking all day we took the bus back to the hotel and this in no way was the hotels fault but our bus broke down and we ended up walking over a mile to get to our hotel for no Taxi would stop because they were occupied.

The meals are a little expensive

Hard to evaluate this hotel. Very important to say, that for these money its the perfect choice, cause Ischia is and expensive place to be. So own termal pools and beach for that value is something unique. Room was cleaned every day, breakfasts with the view on the castle, good conditioning. Seemed that Staff in the restaurant trained for the 5 star hotel. Totally not a fansy hotel at all, but more you are staying there, more you like it.

Well, the administration could give a bit more information. For example admin didnt tell about the big holiday one day of our stay, and we almost missed it! The room was very clean, but at the coridor I have noticed couple of spiders in the top. I am afraid of any spiders so I notice that kind of things. The beach is ok, but the broken dock could been fixed or removed away, as it looks strange.

The location is very nice and extremely easy to reach by public transport (Bus 7, C12 and C13 from Ischia Porto - the bus stop "Cartaromana" is right next to the hotel!) making it easy to reach the port, restaurants or attractions whilst staying in a nice and less busy location. The hotel itself has got a wonderful garden with nice pools (one of them offers a panoramic view on the sea) and some lovely rooms with big terraces and sea view. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and prepared some amazing food (It's really worth trying the 15-20€ 3-4 course meals!) Thanks for a great time, David & Sarah

La cucina è spettacolare sia per il menù a la carte che per i menù fissi...la struttura è stata ristrutturata da poco, c'è un bel giardino con piscine termali e una bella spiaggetta privata. Dalla camera avevamo un bellissima vista per nn parlare di quella dal ristorante!!!

La posizione nn è così centrale devi avere un mezzo per spostarti verso il centro, non c è la piscina normale e la struttura è priva di ascensore.

Una "ripassata"e aggiornamento delle camere non sarebbe male

E' stato tutto stupendo e ne è proprio valsa la pena!

per scelta non ho mangiato nel loro ristorante, in quanto non ritengo ecuo il rapporto costo cibo

lo staff era molto disponibile e cordiale,la colazione era abbastanza abbondante,le camere avevano un livello di pulizia buono e il cambio degli asciugamani avveniva tutte le mattine, le piscine termali all'aperto erano spettacolari!!!lo consiglio come albergo e se dovessi soggiornare di nuovo ad ischia ci ritornerei.

Il personale è molto cordiale e si respira un clima familiare. Ottima posizione e vista fantastica sul mare e davanti al castello aragonese.

La camera che poi ho cambiato con una superior e le descrizioni Dell hotel e servizi, esagerate rispetto alla realtà e che rischiano di essere delusi da un albergo comunque buono

Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia della stanza ed ottima colazione.

L'acces aux eaux thermales ainsi qu'a la plage privée. Hotel propre, chambres correcte bien situé a coté de ischia ponte en 10 min a pied et bien desservi par les bus.

Le rapport qualité -prix du dinner est moyen, mieux vaut aller manger a ischia ponte a 10 minute a pied.

La dimensione della stanza, un po' piccola.

Понравились и красота, окружающая отель, и даже то, что к морю спускаться по лестнице - это лучше всякой гимнастики. Получили огромное удовольствие и от моря, и от термальных бассейнов на территории отеля.

Однообразие и небольшой выбор утром продуктов (завтраки), шум с автоплощадки перед отелем + никто не понижает голос, разговаривая ночью
