The Santa Bibiana is set on the 3rd floor of an Umbertine-style building in Rome's lively Esquilino area, a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. Rooms are spacious and offer free Wi-Fi.

Very quiet room even if we were in front of the train station (we had the room in the back and there was no noise at all). The host was very helpful when we resquested information. We appreciated the proximity to the attractions. We felt very secure in the B&B, we had to unlock three different doors to reach our room.
Very clean room, shower room and kitchen. A full breakfast with a good choice and very good coffee. Unbelievable for such price in the center of Rome. And the owner (once more thanks, Santolo, and the best regards to Maria :-)!) really did everything to make us feel not customers but guests. It's not advertising, we just are very grateful for the good mood.It was really perfect start for our Mediterranean cruise. Just an advice for newcomers: if you'll walk from Termini to the hotel by foot, (it's about 8 min), you can walk half of this way inside Termini, not by via giovanni giolitti, it's more convenient.
The owner was very nice to us. It was clean and the breakfast was plentiful.
It was further than I thought, and I certainly recommend that one take the second block from the train station and not the one right next to it, since that road really looked awful and was not ideal for first time travelers with luggage.
Kindless and hospitability of staff
Location close to the train station and subway. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was generous.
Nothing. It was perfect for my needs.
Very clean room, gracious and helpful owners, excellent location. Good breakfast, delicious coffee. 'Small' room not as small as expected, entirely comfortable.
I like this hotel. Clean, kind people
Everything was perfect
Staff is welcomed, and everything is fine!
The owner very friendly and nice. The B&B also close to termini station
Location is great (close to main station, metro, not so far from the city center). The owner is very helpful. Rooms are perfectly clean. Breakfast is varied. I would definitely recommend this place.
Santo, the owner is a very pleasant and welcoming guy. Helped us with everything that we wanted during our stay. Rooms are big and shower is so clean.
Location isnt nice at all and definitely creepy during night.
Friendly and helpful owners. Privacy respected. A family environment. Location is excellent.
Some morning noise on the weekend, but this is the fault of the other residents.
This is highly recommended. The whole building is clean and the very entrance has class. The rooms and everything in the complex is so clean and well kept. Santo is a such a nice and lovely host. You feel at home the moment you step in. Everything is taken care of. He will do everything to make you feel at home and will guide you about the attractions and events in Rome. The location is very good as it is close to Termini Metro/Train station, so it is easy to get to the city and also easy when you have to take the train to the airport. All in all highly recommended. I just wish I could have stayed longer in this cozy place
We were travelling on to pick up a cruise. Very central, close to termine. Very helpful, clean. Great coffee!
Very approachable and dedicated owner. Efficient and pleasant to converse with. Just opposite station, but a quiet apartment.
Nice location . Close to the train station . Variety of breakfast .
Friendly, homely and sincere personel. Pretty good location Above average breakfast
The neighbourhood made me a bit nervous when coming back late
The place is nice and clean, actually is pretty new, the owner is very nice and helpful. We have a great stay at the place
Near to the station and size of the room. Breakfast was ok.
Noise from the trains and local trams - (we were facing onto the road). The area is not the best.
Close proximity to Termini Station (we booked only one night - the night before we left Rome, and chose this B&B because of its location). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The air conditioner worked very well, and the windows opened onto quiet yards. The host was kind and detailed when showing us around.
Breakfast was self-serve in the kitchen directly off our room. As a result, it was impossible to sleep past 7 am. The area is a bit "gritty" - perhaps not a great first impression of Rome for those just arriving (though we had already spent a few days in another neighbourhood of the city a couple of weeks earlier so that wasn't a big deal for us).
Good location, very friendly staff, very clean, nice breakfast. We were 2 pairs and it was very comfortable.
The breafast is good. Manager there is so nice. My friend and i hv a good sleep therej. The room is big and clean.
We like this B&B very much. The room is new, clean and with modern design, the price is reasonable, the host and his wife are really nice, they also have two cute kids. If you don't open the window, it's quiet at night. I'm satisfied with B&B Gigi Holiday and wish their family all the best!
The only disadvantage is the location. It's not so close to the train station as we though. So it's really painful for us when drag our heavy luggage to the train station.
Friendly atmosphere, very clean, good price. I wouldn't say "wonderful" which is the category this falls into with a high client-satisfied rating, but I would return. Good rapport quality/price. í think we all agree that "Wonderful" is different than this.
Thin walls, not much privacy from common area (in my room). Open door from room and bam you are in the kitchen and people are eating breakfast. Cozy.
