Molto comodo perchè vicino alla stazione Termini
Wi fi un pò lento e caffè pessimo
The location. We could go nearly everywhere from there
The room was good but the whole building needed refurbishing
The position is very interesting
very good location, close to metro and train station
breakfast could be better - choice of meals etc.
- size of the room - nice location - quite street
- Breakfast - no mini bar in the room
Staffs were very accommodating (Gilbert from restaurant & Horque from reception). Location is very closed to public transport. Breakfast is better than other 3 stars hotels we visited in Italy.
Recommendations - to provide slippers like other 3 starts hotels, to use better fabrics for the bedsheet, pillows to be more cushioned, to improve WIFI coverage & stability. To improve room lightings.
Location close to Terminii
Dated bathroom with hard to use shower. Extensive refurbishment needed. Breakfast only adequate.
Location very good. Close to Metro and city.
1.) Coffee from powder tastes horrible. In the land of Espresso, you can get perfect coffee everywhere - but this coffee is undrinkable. 2.) Breakfast very poor. Eggs have dark surroundings around the yellow - so they were not made the same day. Afraid of getting ill. Bread was hard and very poor chice of food. Juice was just sour and had max. 10% juice inside 3.) On last day we asked on 9:00 AM to print out our tickets for bus. Answer was: they have no printer. Very poor service for 3* and € 420 for 3 days.
Location of hotel, close to all attractions
Being watched over at breakfast
It has a very good location just beside the station, and the food is good
I expected that the rooms will be more comfort. The bath could be better, and the air-conditioning is noise.
Location and price
Front desk - the worst on three separate shifts! Bell hops Small Crowded rooms needing repair Air conditioner did not work To name a few problems with this terribly overrated hotel
no free wifi
Great central location
Wifi only at lobby and very slow connection
breakfast was self serve and sufficient; great location close to the train station once I worked out which way to walk
steps on entry
Comfort rooms Clean Breakfast just Ok
Not good sound isolation Breakfast area not nice
Location is great. It's near Termini, just a few steps away from towards the old city. It has 3 metro stations near by (Termini, Republica, and Cavour). Good sound isolation regarding the position and the outside noise. Decent breakfast offer.
Poor and old internal furniture. Sofa with the broken bottom. Dirty and old carpets. Bad bathroom elements, bad control of the water, bad and old wardrobe, TV that doesn't work. air-condition that you can't control as the board on the wall doesn't work. The entire stuff has no manners with the guests. Bad service.
Close to termini station and lots of public transportation options
Noisy area and not very clean
it was affordable and very near to termini station
the room has a bad smell and not very clean, the toilet was bad, no wi-fi, you have to pay extra for wi-fi and you can only have it at the reception area, location is good very near to termini station but it's not looking like a safe location at night
The first room was not too our liking because my mother is 75 and couldn't step into the bath, so I spoke to the person on the desk and it was sorted immediately.
The lift it was very small and quite old.
Breakfast, was very basic.
Location was good
The room was very old
Breakfast was decent and it was close to Termini that is it.
The room was old and outdated. Bathroom had mold on ceiling and some furniture had stains and broken pieces. Bad musty odor the entire time. Not the greatest area to walk at night being close to Termini but we were a group of 8 always together.
Location was really good, very close to the central station, hop on/off bus and easy walk to the Via Nazionale and even Via Corso. Although some reviews listed staff as unhelpful and not very friendly, we were happy with the staff that were there during our stay.
The hotel is pretty old and warn out. I only read the reviews following the booking and was really concerned, however, we were lucky to have gotten the room that was refurbished (bathroom and room floor) although furniture was really old. The beds were very hard. But our biggest disappointment was breakfast that was very poor and some of the salami tested as if they have passed a due date. Parking near by costs 40 euros per day, but the receptionist advised us that few parking slots in front of the hotel get freed up during the night time and so we were lucky to have had a free parking for 3 days (saving 120 euros) and paid only for one.
Service minded staff Good location Extra mile service on demand
