The staff were excellent; extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A beautiful quiet location with a nice restaurant next door. Ideal if you want to base yourself in the countryside but near Lucca (12 km). Although having use of a car is ideal to properly explore the area in your own time, there are bus stops just outside the hotel with a small number of buses running between camaroire and Lucca where there is a good train service to other parts of Tuscany.

Personnel très accueillant, la chambre est spacieuse Douche pas très chaude, pas de sèche cheveux (impossible de brancher le notre, les prises ne sont pas les mêmes), 1 seule chaine française (en plus que des infos). L'hotel n'est pas très bien insonorisé

Las personas que trabajan en el Hotel, son muy amables, la Chica de la Recepción hablaba un perfecto Ingles, también hablaba Castellano, todos fueron muy amables!! Buen Desayuno!!! No tiene aire acondicionado, solo ventilador de pie, hizo mucho calor durante nuestra estancia!! No free internet

l'hotel e' molto pulito e il servizio e' ottimo. lo stupore e' stato nella posizione che da camaiore si deve salire in montagna arrivando di sera e' introvabile anche se poi il posto e' veramente stupendo e ne vale la pena veramente

Il personale è molto cortese, le camere spaziose e la colazione è buona. Per chi deve andare al mare è abbastanza lontano (25 km circa da marina di pietrasanta) e la strada per arrivarci è piena di tornanti.

Situato sulla Provinciale tra Lucca (10 Km) e Camaiore Lido (18 Km), tranquillo, colazione abbondante e di qualità.Ottimo, disponibile e familiare il servizio.Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, il sabato e la domenica di Pasqua. Il soggiorno è stato utile per visitare Lucca e la Versilia. Personalmente e per la mia famiglia diamo un giudizio positivo globale. Per raggiungere la destinazione sarebbe preferibile uscire a Lucca, prendere la strada provinciale per Camaiore.

Estrema cordialità e gentilezza di tutto il personale. Posizione comoda per la visita della città di Lucca, per le colline della Garfagnana e per raggiungere il mare. Buona colazione, con ottimo caffè e cappuccino preparati direttamente al bar e non con distributori automatici. All'interno della camera che ci è stata assegnata vi era odore di fumo, forse a causa della moquette un pò datata.
