Perfect location, spotless room, helpful and friendly staff

Very good hotel located very central in Florence. Staff were very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my stay with them.

Poor lighting in the room the fan in the bathroom would not turn off. Needed more staff that spoke English

Good location for walking tours, near Duomo, central market, restaurants, merry go round in piazza, local people. We enjoyed being in this section of the city rather than "downtown". Staff was pleasant and helpful overall.

No telephone in rooms. Lobby phone for calls in Europe only. Difficult to get to without specific instructions from hotel which were not given before arrival.Had to locate and use a garage other than the one used by the hotel, so no shuttle service, only taxi---- 15 euro each way.

Very good location with easy access to major attractions of the city. A somewhat quaint boutique hotel in an historic building in old part of the city.

The location was excellent. The only reason the staff wasn't excellent was they didn't offer to carry our bags up the stairs for us. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is just steeped in history. Loved it and would stay there again. On the last day they let us leave our bags so we could shop before we had to catch the train. All of the staff was very friendly and spoke English.

The steps were many. The drain in our shower was slow. Minor flaws for what we got from the experience. The staff could have helped carry our bags at arrival.

The location of the hotel is perfect, only about 5 minutes walk to the Galleria Accademia and 10 minutes to the Uffizi Gallery and everything else in between. Theres nice restaurants close by. The staff hotel were very helpful. The hotel room was exactly as in the photo, it was very clean and had tea making facilities. Overall it is a great hotel and will definitely be going back if we find ourselves in Florence again.

The mini bar was empty, instead you had to go down to reception and order what you wanted, we never asked why but we presume its to stop people taking items without paying. The breakfast is basic but the Coffee more than makes up for it.

I loved the service. Especially, they provided the special food for me since I'm allergic to many things.

Kind of hard to find the place at first.

The location is perfect, however it is not easy to find at first, the staff is very helpful, nice room, with comfortable bed. Free Wi- fi in the room.

The location is in the downtown. The boss of the hotel is quite well and interesting. There is water spoiler in the room.

Location is superb, a room is cosy and comfortable, a kettle with tea is really good, Russian speaking staff.

Middle-aged reception responsible staff is very polite, customer friendly and motivated. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

I really liked the location: close to the train station 10 minutes and the center of Florence. The bedroom was cute and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good although there was no fruit.

Our double bed matress was not very confortable and two small if you are too tall.

One of the reasons I chose that hotel was its location. I was going to visit a lot of museums and sightseeing, so the choice was absolutely correct. Just few minutes and you reach Piazza del Duomo. Wherever you go from this piazza you will find a lot of amazing museums, basilicas and churches. The stuff is very friendly and nice. They were ready to answer any question at any time. The hotel has its own vine cellar which is opened two times a week for vine sampling

There is a motion detector in bathroom, so if you don’t dance or don’t wave hands you will brush your teeth in the darkness. I’m sure there must be some button which turns off the detector, but I failed to find it. So I advise you to ask the personal how to keep the light in the bathroom in advance (I didn’t do that trying to solve this riddle by myself =))

It was close to centre of town

My room was too close to the reception area.

The location is excellent, the staff is super nice

The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, everything got wet when you were in the shower.
