Excellent Room service, superb cold buffet breakfast selection, quiet hotel & location, helpful reception staff. Large supermarket and ice cream shop adjoining hotel we found very convenient. We would have liked a little more printed information about the area and the transport links, which were excellent, and maybe a map. |

Everything went well and the staff was helpful. The room was pretty good and the massage chair excellent! Well worth the staying there. Not specifically hOWEVER, it was difficult to find on foot at night because there is no clear sign for the entrance. |

The hotel had a bus that took us directly to the Arena Sta Giuliana (where our concert was). This spared us having to take a taxi. The theme of the hotel and rooms are outdated and the staff had a difficult time speaking English. We were not provided with any information during check-in nor in the room (about internet and transportation facilities), I'm guessing b/c of the language barrier. |

The room was excellent with a separate sleeping and daytime areas. There was also a balcony overlooking the city. The bathroom/shower facilities were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. We had a lovely time in Perugia, it was easy to reach the main railway station to visit other places. We were also near the new minimetro line giving easy access to the city centre. Our initial impression was very poor as the taxi took us to the wrong building. We were given conflicting directions before reaching reception. |

It's quite easy to reach by car and there is free parking available. The theme (jazz) in the reception and in one room is nice. A lot of the rooms are rather outdated (especially the hotel room). The atmosphere all in all was quite gloomy but I think that's always the risk if a very big hotel has only very few guests |

Quiet hotel, suitable for middle age people such as myself. Close enough to the centre of town, but access is steep hill (but ok). Plastic cups instead of wine glasses in the room in a hotel that prides itself on passion for wine!! No corkscrew in room either |

Struttura, pulizia, personale alla reception. Neve/ghiaccio non spalati davanti all'entrata. La cameriera nella sala della colazione (deserta) ha portato un cappuccino solo dopo esplicita richiesta, visto che dalle macchinette in sala non veniva erogato il latte. |

der service ist gut, die mitarbeiter freundlich, gute küche und großzügige zimmer. meines hatte eine whirlpool badewanne! die lage ist nicht sehr schön, umschlossen von strassen und keine möglichkeit spazieren zugehen, in die altstadt ist es zu fuß circa 15 minuten |

kwaliteit eten is geweldig, personeel is altijd bereid te helpen het is een onoverzichtelijke indeling, ik raakte de weg steeds kwijt binnen het hotel omdat het zo groot is en de gangen vreemd zijn opgezet. |
