The room which was a suite was a big plus with a jacuzzi which was totally unexpected but the most memorable aspect of the stay was the great person (an older man) that manned the desk at night thru the morning am when we checked out. He was a treat. Helpful, and animated a fun character to remember from our trip to Rome. Sorry I didn't catch his name. Nope...other than the general complaint which applies to all the hotels near the Rome Termini, as they have to fight the local neighborhood and its general filth and graffiti. Only by banding together and addressing it street by street can they make a difference. The reward is there rates could be substantially increased (25% at least). |

The rooms were recently renovated and beautifully furnished. The position of the hotel is excellent within a couple of blocks of Termini Railway Station. One young man on reception was delightful and very helpful. A couple of the male desk staff were very rude and not at all helpful. The air conditioning was freezing and we were told to contact the reception to have it turned off. We had to phone about 5 times before anything was done and then the breaker was turned off in our room. |

Friendly staff; especially an older gentleman who answers all your questions and write the details down for you on a piece of paper in case you forget. :) Clean rooms. The hotel is easy to find and very close to the Termini Station. |

The hotel is in the best position to stay in Rome, because both metro lines pass from the nearby station"Termini" and there is a huge bus stop from where pass all the main lines to see the city. |

Location near Termini station and metro station. The breakfast was quite ok but sometimes the were no ham and tomatoes available. Our room was on the 5th floor with a balcony A little unsafe neighbourhood. The floor of our room was not (properly) cleaned during our stay, the bathroom was clean though. The door of the room didn't reduce much noise. The mattress was quite hard. The old lift was broken one day and on the other day there were a couple of electrical blocks. |
