Wifi.. Bed comfort
Comfy bed, nice window, nice staff
shower seemed to have some mold issues
Very clean room, kind service, good wifi, and the breakfast was more than I expected (big scale of croissant etc...) I'm very satisfied.
Location close to centrum and train station
Staff atitude need to be improved more aprochable like say at least "hello" " how was your day" can i help" anything! not all staff members but mainly males was specially not nice i would say even rude in some moments. Female service was good could be improved with smile i think is really important to smile and make your customers welcome. In general place worth money.
Very good price/quality ratio in case you would like to visit Rome and looking for something where you would only spend your night.
Shower was awful, free Wi-Fi was so slow that I had even issues with my mails to get synchronized...
The location was great and the staff very helpful. I found it great that there was a member of staff when we arrived at the hotel at 4 am.
I stayed for 5 nights in the hotel, for 3 days the wifi on my phone was working perfectly then it completely stopped working despite my multiple tries to make it work (wifi worked perfectly for my friend thought) and there was only one plug to charge our things so we had to take turns to charge our phones which was a little annoying because we couldn't charge the phone, style our hair or watch the tv all at the same time. I aso wish there would've been a little more variety of foods for breakfast but overall food was good.
Good value for money. Nice breakfast. Good hotel position
Room were not so good with sound proofing and tram line outside.
It was a great location, just 5 mins walk from the main train station and metro. Really easy to get around Rome.
The place was slightly old and not air-conditioned so it either gets really cold at night if you chose to open the windows and the heating turns off in the middle of the night or it gets too stuffy if you chose to close the windows.
The hotel is near to the Termini station. Here are the metro, busses and train too. The breakfast is very good, the personals are helpfully. All was good.
Great wifi, good room size. Very pleasant staff, but with english problems.
Poor breakfast, very weak shower flush, not a lot of information for self- travelers (maps).
Free WiFi in the room, great location to the train station and cathedral
Too cold in the winter and too smell and poor breakfast, just coffee and breads no scrambled eggs,no fruits
Location nearby train station with good restaurants nearby. Helpful staff.
Would like earlier breakfast option; 7:00 am would allow me to have coffee before starting the sightseeing day.
The employee is really nice and helped me a lot and the location is good
The wifi is really bad and difficult to connect...
Staff did what they could to serve breakfast during power blackout.
Had to leave my room for My iPhone to get connection on wifi. There was no power one morning in the Hotel due to blackout in the area.
Good size rooms, clean, close to termini station, good breakfast. Staff were helpfull. Sightseeing buses around the corner. My second stay. Will most certainly stay there again.
Wi fi could be more simple to enter.
Location, silence, staff
First day the WC was failing......odor of dry conducts...
It was homely
at the cost the facilities are good, reception a little ordinary in attitude, but no problem
stayed in 3 other hotels at assisi and Florence, had meat and fresh cheese at those but not much fresh variety at Giorgina-but good service , so i wouldn't say i didn't like it-it was different in food selection
It is in a good location. The staff are friendly enought. It is is walking distance to most things if not the metro is very close.
It was a little noise at night. The light which was attatched to the fan in the toilet was very very loud!
I was more than pleased with my stay here. Handily situated close to the Rome central train station. Met all my needs as a no fuss traveler visiting Rome for the first time, so can not complain.
I am sure there was something I did not like, I just can not think of anything yet. But if I do, I will let you know.
Price location and staff
Shower, 2 single beds put together even though we tokd them we are a GAY. Couple and poor breakfat
Friendly stuff and nice breakfast. The location is very central, next to the termini station.
Even if the sheets seemed reasonable clean there were a couple of hair on the blanket.
near termini station room is big proper bathroom
breakfast is very basic staff cannot speak english lift is very old
Location, WiFi are very good
Heating system is disappointing, and bathroom is fair.
