Score from 1527 reviews Very good
Handy to train station. Lots of food places nearby.
Outside noise. No air conditioning.
I like'd the receptionist, the position of the hotel, the breakfast, the gentle touch hade the Owner to keep safe my luggage on the day I left till I took the train.
I did'nt liked, at all, the behaviour of the est european girl's and lady on the breakfast time and service. They was not gentle whit the customer, and dont speack any foreign Language to explain the way how to get the breakfast easy.
Excellent location to tour Rome. Gods value. Be sure to as for air conditioning.
You have to ask for and air conditioned room. And ours didn't work well
The hotel was close to the train, which was nice since I was traveling by train. The single room was small, but had a desk, bed, and comfortable bathroom.
I was annoyed by the fact that after I paid, they charged me an additional small fee (2 euros) for some other tax. Ridiculous.
Location and clean big room
Walking distance to everything there is to see in Florence. Management very helpful.
Needs to have operational elevator
Good location for what I required. Helpful desk staff, good knowledge of local area.
Room very dated, could do with a lick of paint. TV in room did not work. No AC in room. Very noisy staff preparing the breakfast room. Two star rating probably right.
It was very clean and close to the train and metro station. The breakfast staff was amazing to my children as well and remembered their names and what they wanted to drink.
They were doing construction work in the building next to us and around 0700 each morning it sounded like they were going to drill and hammer through our walls.
Very convenient to the train station and breakfast is provided.
Dirty bed covers, disposable bath towels, extra cost for A/C, no power outlets, tiny shower. Not located in a good area.
good location for sightseeing - unfortunately that's all
poor breakfast - I would say no breakfast, just coffee was ok big noise at night - saved my my ear stoppers rooms very poorly equipped and not well cared at shower just hot water that prevents taking a shower - service did not respond to requests
The staff dealing with the breakfast were so unkind.
The location was good, within walking distance of historical sites. Lovely friendly staff.
The four flights of stairs - there is a dodgy lift which can take either luggage or a couple of people.
Location was great
No a/c. The shower was so small you don't want to drop the soap.
Very noisy, this hotel is catering big group of school students. if you don't mind the students running around and talking loud around the hall way. then this place is right for you.
-Location, very convenient to all sightseeing locations. Walking distance to coloseum and St Maria maggiore etc. -fairly good breakfast options comprised in price. -nice flooring - green marbles. -staffs were quite helpful and reasonable.
-plumbing issues:smelly, but seems to be fairly common to most Italian cities I've stayed even in 4 stars hotels. -construction next to the hotel, quite noisy in the early morning.
no air-conditioning poor breakfast noisy street old furniture and bathroom facilities bad value for money
Comfortable bed, quiet, good shower, adequate furnishing, clean, towels changed daily, good lift, reasonable breakfast, close to Terminii for local and airport buses, nearby restaurants, 20 min walk to many tourist sites, well signed, good wifi, helpful staff, felt secure.
No comfortable chair, no kettle in room to make a hot drink,
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was walking distance from Termini with 4 cases, a baby and a buggy. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and linen was very clean. Both restaurants down stairs from the hotel served excellent food at a reasonable price.
There were no extra pillows in the room, we had to ask at reception, however an extra pillow was brought to the room within 5 mins of asking. There was only one plug point in the room and we needed the fan on at all times which meant we couldn't watch TV or charge phones without switching it off. When the window is open the street noise is quite loud until about midnight, however, you cannot hear a thing once the window is closed.
The location was very good close to train station and a lot of restaurants.
The room hasn't AC all it had was a small Fan that wasnt enough at all and we couldnt sleep all night becouse it was so hot in room in august! The elevator wasnt work properly and we got stuck in elevator one time! The breakfast was very poor,no buffet,no vegetables,no cheese,no susage,no fruits, only something to drink and marmalad!
the lift is small and slow
Very convenient to Roma Termini, and I was pleasantly surprised to find several decent restaurants right on the same block. This isn't a luxury stay for sure, but for the price, it was a great value.
The breakfast was pretty sparse, but again, for the price, about what I expected. Also, there was a lot of outside noise because of the proximity to Termini, but that's to be expected in that location. Overall, a great value, and I would stay again.
Close to train and buses. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room comfortable and breakfast a great bonus. Will definitely return.
Noisy if you need a window open during the night.
Very clean. Good location
Staff not happy to do their job. A hotel only for sleep and shower. Nothing more
No need to use public transport, near Termini train station. They cleaned every day our room, changed towels and bed. Got shower gel, shampoo, soap every day. Good and delicious breakfast but after 3 days, a little bit boring. Staff is friendly. No need to use the air condition because the building is not hot.
Quite noisy at night because it is located near a very crowded street.
