Very nice modern hotel with good breakfast Quite far from the centre of town. Directions given by hotel were very difficult although locals were happy to help |

Hotel Giotto is in a safe family neighborhood that is close to but not located in all the tourist attractions. We enjoyed seeing the true city There was nothing that would keep me from returning. |

Quiet. Not very expensive rate. Bed sheet a little bit torn. Bathroom towel a bit dirty one day (on a total of 8 days), Bathroom electric plug with sticky tape and visible wires (not so great with water proximity), venetian blind very old and stuck in place for two days, breakfast disapointing. A bit far away from the railway station but we knew that. No indications to find the hotel. Some personnel not very motivated. |

The breakfest is very poor, and they have problems with the water when you take a shower (now is ok and after 2 secons the water is very cold, after another 3-4 seconds is too hot ...) |

les gents de la reception aimable L`hotel était pas mal. Un peu brouillant la nuit et le matin. Les visiteurs ont pas eu de respects pour ceux qui dormais encore.Petit déjeuner pas trop de choix. |

Niente, perchè è un hotel sqallido e privo di ogni comfort. la camera aveva solo un fioco punto luce accanto al letto e quindi era tutta al buio; la cassaforte non funzionante e non fissa ma mobile. Colazione misera ed insignificante. Il caffè si doveva pure pagare. Televisore guasto e piccolissimo, arredo quasi assente. |

Pratico il parcheggio sotto l'albergo. Durante la permanenza ho dovuto cambiare stanza perchè la doccia della prima camera assegnatami non funzionava. Pulizia al limite dell'accettabile. Personale della reception e della sala colazione disponibile e cortese. La stanza che mi è stata fornita era molto piccola ed era scarsamente luminosa. Il minibar all'interno della stanza non era funzionate ed era quasi impossibile aprirlo visto che si trovava ai piedi del letto. Per quanto riguarda la colazione il cappuccino servito era inbevibile, a differenza del caffè fatto dal bar dell'hotel che risultava certamente più gradevole. |
