Air conditioning, TV remote control and refrigerator were not working. The staff in charge to solve/fix the problems said some swear words in italian while he was fixing the problems. During the night we had a problem with a lot of ants in the room. Ar condicionado, controle remoto da TV e frigobar não funcionavam. O funcionário ficava falando palavrões em italiano enquanto resolvia os problemas. Durante a noite tivemos problemas com muitas formigas no quarto. |

Very nice modern hotel with good breakfast Quite far from the centre of town. Directions given by hotel were very difficult although locals were happy to help |

Hotel Giotto is in a safe family neighborhood that is close to but not located in all the tourist attractions. We enjoyed seeing the true city There was nothing that would keep me from returning. |

Modern, nagyon kényelmes, csendes szálláshely, éjjel nappali nyitvatartással, bőséges és finom reggelivel. Metroval könnyel és gyorsan elérhető a belváros. Fel kell készülni gyaloglásra, ami különösen a csomagokkal együtt problémás. De fontos tudni, hogy a metrojegy csak 1 EUR és a buszokra is érvényes. Használjátok a buszt is! |

Kamer was niet zo groot maar erg schoon, personeel was vriendelijk en attent, ontbijt eenvoudig maar voldoende. Wij konden de auto gratis voor het hotel parkeren.De openbaar vervoer was erg dichtbij en in 15min. waren we in het centrum van Rome. |

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di mezz'ora prima di poter accomodrci in camera. La camera (al 6° piano) è davvero minuscola, praticamente grande quanto il letto matrimoniale, con un armadio minuscolo nascosto dietro la porta. Il bagno minuscolo anch'esso, senza bidet e senza neppure I ganci per le asciugamani!!! Sconsigliato!!! In zona ci sono molti alri alberghi sicuramente migliori. |
