I liked everything about this venue except -- I would stay there again, very secure, safe, excellent location, nice folks.

I could not find any English language TV stations out of the many offered; I really wanted some international news and entertainment.

Location is very good. Within walking distance to the Termini bus and train station. Also within walking distance of all the sites. Many restaurants close by. Room was clean and staff helpful. All in all it is good value for the money..

Breakfast was not very good. Lots of food offered but not very good quality. Shower very small with no place to put soap except on the floor. Location is good as far as closeness to all attractions but it is a very seedy neighbourhood.

A very friendly, family run hotel close to the Termini rail station and the bus station.

Very clean room, kind stuff and nice breakfast. It's close to termini central station, where is metro station and a lot of buses. it's easy for orinetation.

The staff were fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and the location very central. Breakfast was great and we loved the family feel.

Wifi in the room was very poor. It was constantly on and off. and there were too much sweets in a breakfast.

Great location near main train /bus station. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent breakfast. We arrived before 10 am, they brought us juice and cookies and got us into our rooms immediately.

They brought our luggage up by elevator but we had to use stairs daily, this was tough on person in our party with bad joints. Some Americans will probably think the beds are too hard, personally I like a firm mattress

Everything else- it was not what it is portrayed to be - it is mre lie a hostel. Bad beds, bad breakfast, wifi des not work well, tv s grainy, toilet flush broke and flooded the bathroom. Very low and cheap quality stuff. Very disappointed. Also the neighborhood is very shady.

Cheap & near to Termini Station, but many better choices for paying additional US$10 for a night!

An old appartment without maintance, bad smells when open the room's door. Surrounding is dirty & unsafe. Finally, breakfast is the poorest among our stay in different rooms in Italy. White bread is dry out for few days!

reception is so friendly, and location is quite nice. there is also a lot of restaunants nearby, great hotel.

We liked everything about Giovy B&B. The location from Termini was just 10 minutes walk and we had no problems finding it thanks to Loredana's email. The rooms and shower were very clean. Loredana was very helpful and drew all the major sightseeing places on the map.The location is close to all the major attractions.

For my liking the breakfast buffet has way to many sweets.

The staffs all speak good English and are really nice and helpful. B&B Giovy is located 3 minutes away (in waling) from the termini station and is convenient to reach any scenic spots in Rome with subways or buses. The room is large and clean, and the breakfast is rich. I will still choose B&B Giovy once visiting Rome again.

The only flaw during my stay is the air condition in my room seems not working. I can turn it on with remote control however, no air blows from the machine.

The family who run the B and B were extremely friendly and helpful; they found us coffee and cups to go with the kettle in the room and offered to hold our baggage on the last day whilst we went out. Breakfast was good; completely self-service. The location is excellent as it is only a short walk from the station. Intenet access was fine.

The B and B is in another area to the main hotel and is a little tired looking inside;not paticularly spacious.

all the places of interests are only at a bus stop distance. you can go everywhere in rome just by walking 3 minitutes then a bus or metro. the hosts of B&B Giovy are really friendly, caring and warm people. I definetely will stay there again if I go to Rome once more.

Excellent location, very close to Roma Termini Station. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Giovy who made us feel very welcome and at home.

There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel or the staff, and if there was any short comings it was compensated by the warmth and kindness of Giovy.

i liked everything at the hotel.First of all the WARM welcome from Giovanna. As it is a family run hotel,all staff are relatives of Giovanna and they are all of them very friendly and polite. The location is great too. I recommend this B+B hotel to everybody. Next time i will visit Rome ,of course i will stay at B+B Giovvy again.

The staff were very friendly, good sized rooms and quiet. The area was not as bad as some people make out! Good value for money, I was pleasantly suprised and would stay there again.

Breakfast was good fuel for seeing the sights of Rome, but not for those on a low carb diet!

The Proprieter was a people person, she was very friendly allowing us to leave our main suitcases while we went down to the Amalfi coast for a few days. The lifts were not working so we had to carry our luggage up to the rooms. The breakfast was ample, and setting was good.The rooms were large, neat and tidy.
