Beautiful view and frendly personal. The breakfast is rather good for Italy.

Breakfasts excellent where a lovely staff member took care of us....only four of us staying at the hotel. Owner very helpful. Lovely views from breakfast/lounge room. Rooms quite dated and not up to the standard of where we stayed in other places in Sicily, but still very enjoyable. View and location excellent and a good base for travelling on day trips.

Rooms and bathrooms could do with a renovation, nothing too flash, just a smarten up. Better beds would have been preferable.

First of all the location. You have your private beach. I took the bath in the sea at the end of October. If the sea is calm, there are no problems. There are steps to the cliff with the easy entrance into the sea. You can rent for free a swimming shoes and the mask. Strongly recommended. Than the parking. It costs 5 eur but you need it. The reception room is very large and nice decorated. The terrace for breakfast is limited but the location above the sea is great. Probably it is hot during the summer but it is very convenient in October. The breakfast was great. Limon pie is the best. To take a visit of the Siracusa I recommend to use a car and free parking facilities near the harbor (0 eur until 9 P.M., than 1 eur during the night).

Seaview is more than beauteful, rooms are very comfortable, clean and cosy. Hotel managers are very polite and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. The hotel is located not far from the Ortigia, in a very convenient place.

One or two times occured small problems with hot water.

Lovely B & B. Really friendly staff. Great views from the rooms and good breakfasts.

About a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The first 10 minutes of which were along a busy road.

The B @ B is situated right on the water and we were able to park our car at the door for a small charge. The whole place including our room and the breakfast area has great views of the sea. A short walk up the road was a lovely restaurant also overlooking the sea. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Getting to the water to swim was a bit of a problem as the coast is very rocky.The B&B does supply shoes to get to the water and its well worth it as water is crystal clear and beautiful to swim in.

We found the owner extremely helpful, the b & b beautiful, and the breakfasts really good.

The only downside was the walk from the property into Ortigia - down a very run down street.

Giuggliulena B&B have a friendly and helpfull staff, and is an excellent example of balanced and harmonic atmosphere with astnonishing view over the sea and the city; easely reached by car and highly recommended.

the breathtaking views from the moment we stepped inside the main lounge, to the view from our room and the roof terrace. The friendly welcome, we were especially grateful to be offered a warm drink on our arrival. The tastefully decorated spacious room and bathroom with its fluffy towels. The convenient parking. The fantastic breakfast.

The fact that we only stayed 2 nights. OK it's a 20 minute walk from Ortiga but after that breakfast you need the exercise.

Our stay at Giuggiulena b&b was very relaxing and enjoyable.The staff were very helpful and friendly.The views from our room were breathtaking,it is truely a very special place to stay.Breakfast was great,loved the homemade Jams and fruit salad,and the yummy cake which I have to admit I had a slice some mornings!......Tea available during the day which is a lovely touch.All in all a lovely week.

Nettes Haus mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern schöne Terrasse mit super Blick aufs Meer . Altstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ,jeden Tag frisch gepressten Orangensaft und gutes Frühstück

Petite structure donc calme,très grand confort, accueil chaleureux, vue exceptionnelle sur la mer !!!

Il faut compter 30 minutes à pieds pour arriver au début d'Ortigia.
