The staff were wonderful and the location was perfect for exploring the sights. We were able to walk to most places.n
- location - staff
- room (smelled heavily of mould) - Internet doesn't work in the rooms - breakfast
Within walking distance of Termini Discount given as air con broken and room at the back requested and given! Elsewhere could have been noisy. Staff speak excellent English, very friendly and helpful
Location, location, location..seriously thou its a great location near Termini and most of the best sights of Rome! Staff was really friendly and know good spots for eateries around the neighbourhood. The interior of both rooms and reception is fresh. Beds and pillows were great and felt the bed felt tidy!
You should be aware of that the road next to the hotel is noisey and you hear it in your room. If you are sensitive to sounds when you are going to sleep, this place is not for you or bring your earbuds. Couple of other minuses is that you have to pay extra for aircon(10 euro a day) and wifi (2 euro a day). The breakfast is a bit spartan, but what the heck, its a 2-star hotel!
Beds very comfortable, location to train station, cleanliness
Noise from traffic on street. No AC working so needed to keep windows open but noise kept waking us up.
Hotel was comfortable... Even though we only stayed for 1 night. Room had everything we needed...location was close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff...cannot complain really!!
Location - Central (off Via Nazionale) easily accessible and close to most things. Staff - English speaking staff were excellent in assisting with anything. Rooms are decent size and facilities are ok.
Reception closes from 2am-5:30am. If you stay out past 2am, you have to inform the man on reception as he is the only one who can unlock the main door by buzzing you in. (Hotel Giuliana occupies the first floor of a shared building but don't let that put you off) There is no iron in the rooms. You have to ask to use it in the main area.
The staff is helpful; great location (it's not perfect); simple and clean rooms.
It's expensive to use internet (2 Euros) and air conditioning (10 euros).
location was excellent, very near to Termini train station Staff very friendly and accomodating Great value for money Breakfast very simple and attentive service
rooms were slightly dated but this didn't bother us
Very pleasant hotel to stay at. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good communication by email before we came, all queries answered promptly. Loved the breakfast. Simple but lovely atmosphere. Lovely croissants and good coffee. That's all I need
Hotel staff (owners) very friendly. Great location and facility.
The room was huge, very clean and comfy. The staff are very very friendly and they helped us with everything. It is close to a metro station and very well located
The little fridge in the room wasn't working, but that wasn't a problem at all.
The hotel is 5 min walk to termini train station and underground and also has a good location to go important places by walking. Hotel was so clean . The stuff was very helpfull and friendly. They make the place more valuable. Thanks to Hotel Guiliana.Ciao .
Everything was as i expected. There is nothing bad.
I liked the staff, the room, the atmosphere, the price for the room.
I did not like that the air conditioning was extra. Also, the streets were a little noisy, but that is not the hotel's fault.
The friendless of the staff and the guidance that was given of sightseeing places. I heard that the breakfast was basic, so I was expecting little, but actually breakfast is reasonable good. With the size of the hotel it is I think it was adequate.
Excellent location - nice staff - nice rooms (though there was traffic noise, but what can you expect in the center of Rome).
Breakfast was really basic
suited our needs for our holiday. A good base, near train station.
extra charge for aircon. tiny bathroom. Noisy room. Not very good double glazing.
Very nice staff. Clean room. Great location not far from Termini. Hotel pre-booked our tours upon our request which was super convenient. Nice breakfast of sweets, cereal, yogurt and coffee. Overall a very good value in Rome. Would stay there again.
The staff was outstanding! Always friendly and helpful. We felt like family members. We will come back to the Hotel Giuliana again!
Staff were very polite and also very helpful
Sadly at 5.30 every morning a street market set up directly under our window. This included constructing their stalls from scatch and much shouting at each other.
Location and friendliness of staff.
The staff were very helpful, we felt at Home from the first day.
The location is good and the neighbourhood is secure.Plus there was an incident where we understood it was a good choice to stay in this hotel. We forgot our passports and money under our pillow one day and when we come back to our room; the cover of the pillow was changed and passports and money were untouched.
Breakfast was poor and the curtains in the shower look dirty
Fantastic staff. Everybody was warm, welcoming and helpfull. Very nice atmosphere. Great coffee. Room and bathroom fine and comfortable. Great location.
Breakfast could be better. It was sufficient but not very exciting.
