A comfortable and reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of many of Rome's major tourist attractions. Converted from a former Roman patrician's house this hotel has a lot of charm and character. |

Walking distance of the "sights". Very pleasantly furnished with good quality furniture. Good bar and lounge. I appreciated the good quality crockery, linen and cutlery in the breakfast dining room. Superb breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is owned by a conscientious and careing owner (Vincent) and these charming traits shine throughout the hotel in all things: care of decoration, cleanliness and right down to the honey at breakfast. From the advert I assumed that we could have had dinner. The dining room was not in use for dinner. Apparently, under Italian Law, a dining room has to remain open until 1am and this makes it uneconomic. We checked with several local hotels; dining rooms, save for breakfast, are hard to find. |

Good quality hotel of classic design, good sized room, very friendly and helpful staff. Good quality breakfast, both continental style and cooked, with fresh fruit and cakes to set you up for the day. In a good quality residential area close to the River and bridges over to the main part of Rome Hotel bar was very expensive, although external bars close by have better atmosphere and are infinitely chaeper |

very nice hotel, quite, sufficiently central, close to the major sites (walking distance or public transport), breakfast much above standard (computer?) management of power supply was broken (therefore air conditioning went off) and could not be fixed on Sunday |

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms and en-suite was very clean. The bed was large. The bed was extremely hard. I personally think it was too far out from the main attractions, if walking is not your thing this hotel is not for you. Im sure that public transport was in abundance, we chose not to use it. |

Great buffet breakfast included in price. Fairly short walk from centre of Rome. Fairly close to Metro and buses. Easy access to Stadio Olimpico. Wonderful garden with fountains - very relaxing out of the heat of the day! |

The hotel staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The garden room off of the bar is very pleasant and a real comforting place to sit and relax after touring the city of Rome. |

We really liked the room although I should prefer it to overlook their lovely garden. It was spacious, clean and quite elegant. We would really like to stay there if we ever go to Rome again but this time I will request our room to overlook the garden although the street we could see from our window as well as the surroundings were quite classy. The staff was very polite and the breakfast had in one word: quality! |

Hotel was nice decorated, in the quite street, "little bit out" from historical city. For older people too far ( for walking) from the monuments. During my stay no possibility of internet connection (outage- but 4 days?), so no internet check in for airlines. |

Getting away from the bustle of the town centre, to a more residential area, at the end of the day. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy if you open the windows. the |

Hotel clean and quiet located close to historical amenities The front desk staff sent us to recommended resturant that was closed. I felt the front desk staff treated us with casual respect and frankly did not appear to know much about the area around the Hotel |

Beautiful, classy building, with an elevator, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The bed was ok. We had some difficulty when we tried to check out early, but it was resolved to my satisfaction. It seemed like too much money for the place, even though it was nice. And it wasn't as close to the metro as it looks online. |

The staff were all very helpful, room very clean and the location was excellent - away from the noisy bustle of the centre but within walking distance of the Vatican area. The Metro station was about 8 minutes walk away and this made it very easy to get into the other tourist areas and the city especially with a Roma Pass The air conditioning was not turned on but we were able to open the window except at certain times when the traffic was busier. |

Thought the breakfast facilities were excellent, & so well organised, everything you could wish for & the staff even did you a capucino if you wanted one. The garden outside the bar area was super to have late night drink. |

We loved everything about the hotel, it reflected Rome perfectly It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room, and seats on the 5th floor terrace would have saved us having to carry chairs out |
