Hotel was nice decorated, in the quite street, "little bit out" from historical city. For older people too far ( for walking) from the monuments. During my stay no possibility of internet connection (outage- but 4 days?), so no internet check in for airlines. |

Getting away from the bustle of the town centre, to a more residential area, at the end of the day. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy if you open the windows. the |

Hotel clean and quiet located close to historical amenities The front desk staff sent us to recommended resturant that was closed. I felt the front desk staff treated us with casual respect and frankly did not appear to know much about the area around the Hotel |

Beautiful, classy building, with an elevator, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The bed was ok. We had some difficulty when we tried to check out early, but it was resolved to my satisfaction. It seemed like too much money for the place, even though it was nice. And it wasn't as close to the metro as it looks online. |

The staff were all very helpful, room very clean and the location was excellent - away from the noisy bustle of the centre but within walking distance of the Vatican area. The Metro station was about 8 minutes walk away and this made it very easy to get into the other tourist areas and the city especially with a Roma Pass The air conditioning was not turned on but we were able to open the window except at certain times when the traffic was busier. |

Good location Quite unfriendly staff at reception. Cleaning personnel chatting loudly on the aisles. Rooms not well insulated against noise. Breakfast mediocre |

Thought the breakfast facilities were excellent, & so well organised, everything you could wish for & the staff even did you a capucino if you wanted one. The garden outside the bar area was super to have late night drink. |

We loved everything about the hotel, it reflected Rome perfectly It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room, and seats on the 5th floor terrace would have saved us having to carry chairs out |

Good Quality for the price. Excellent breakfasts. Very helpful and friendly staff. Did not try the restaurant in the evening but all round enjoyed our stay One of our friends said their double room was rather small (which it was) we booked a triple room which was a good size and worth the small amount extra. |

The hotel was very good the breakfast excellent and the location good. The rooms were nice and clean.if I go to Rome again I would stay here. They have a problem with the water 2 times we found it cold in the evenining they need to arrange this.Although they gave us a reduction on the final price because of this. |

The location is good (silent place) and not far away from the sights. We came to breakfast at 9-30 and there was almost nothing to eat. |

This is a perfect hotel for those who want to explore Rome theirselves: It is very close to Metro station and both Vatican city and historical Rome center are at walk distance from there. Unlike the hotels situated next to Termini, this hotel is located in clean and quiet district of Rome. As for the breakfasts, there are already many nice comments about it---Really worth trying ;-) The rooms are relatively small and there is not gym or swimming pool in the hotel, but who needs them anyway when there are so many things to see around? ;-) |

Breakfast was really nice, a wide selection to choose from. The hotel was very well presented and very grand. I was disappointed not to of had a kettle in my room and a poor range/choice of complimentary toiletry gifts. |

This hotel is fantastic value for money with polite staff and a professional team. All facilities are as described in the marketing and the location is perfect. Only the fact that there is not a drinks service after midnight. |
