The hotel staff was very good n very helpful. It had all the basic requirements for a decent hotel. I booked this room based on the reviews on the site, but the hotel was nothing like 4 stars, the rooms were big but the cleanliness was poor the hotel is old n so are the fixtures n stuff in it, if u are looking for a comfortable n lavish 4 star then this is not the hotel for u. There was no door man and no one to help us with luggage. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection.Great location.Clean and comfortable. In a 4* hotel I would have expected tea/coffee making facilities in the room although this is not a complaint. The air conditioning unit leaked for three nights and in order to protect the carpet, 2 waste bins had to be used which was annoying when trying to get to sleep.Staff were fast in trying to rectify it but without success. we would have ben given another room but hotel was fully booked. |
