Breakfast was great just by the view and in particular the quality of service from the personnel...Andrea was just out of this world.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The receptionist spoke perfect English and could not have been more pleasant.

Professional, polite and friendly staff, they did thier utmost to solve the booking issue and made sure we are happy with the offered alternative. Distinguish location with beautiful view over the colosseum from the terrasse.

It is not just about this hotel, but the whole city is not a child-friendly, too many stairs to climp and small entrance elevator, when available, for even a single stroller. Also, it is very hard to locate a mini market or grocery store in the neighborhood.

The location and views are excellent. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast and bar on the roof terrace overlooking the Colosseum is spectacular. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

It is a distance away from check in but they do provide a taxi to the room

We stayed at the apartments and loved the freedom while still enjoying the facilities of a hotel. There were in a great location and the service (food and cleaning) everyday was excellent. They were spacious and typically Roman which we loved. The showers were awful dribbles but with plenty of hot water.

View of the colloseum was exactly what we asked for

Even though there was a room services menu in the room, no food was
available any time after breakfast with no explanation , this meant that
we had to go out to eat, even for a snack.
