Magnifico restaurante con vistas al coliseo. Personal amabilisimo

The neighberhood around the appartment is awful.the pictures from the hotel and rooms are totally diffrent from reality.the price is too much for this hotel and insted of money u get nothing!!!!!!!!in front of every window of appartment there was a big big trash and at 6 oclock the machine came and wake us up!and they dont have wifi in appartment they only have cable internet!and it doesnt work properly!!!!!i really hate this hotel I will never be there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The reception and concierge service was exceptionally good.

The room we booked turned out to be an apartment around 10 minutes on foot from the hotel. The decoration and facilities at the apartment did not reflect the 5* hotel rating. I would say that the standard was that of a good 3* or possibly a poor 4* (no lift, 3 flights of stairs to climb, internet not working, uncomfortable small beds etc). We decided to have lunch at the hotel's restaurant, where we were charged €136 for 5 small mixed salads, 2 bottles of mineral water and 2 coffees!

The hotel is beautiful and is in a fabulous location. The staff were helpful and the view from the restaurant must be one of the best views from a restaurant in all of Rome. The apartments are located a few blocks away in a nice apartment building. They are very large and great for a family or party that wants lots of room. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

I have no complaints but do think it is best if your breakfast is included. There were not really places that we found to have a more American breakfast close by. Brioche and coffee are easy to find in a number of places but not a typical American breakfast. The breakfast at the hotel is expensive if it is not included but we did it anyway for convenience.

Nothing - I stayed at the apartment. It was not part of the hotel - 10 min walking

1. Too far away 2. Service was not up to expectation (with the price paid for so called 5 star) 3. WIFI was too slow/low connection 4. I had issues on cleanliness especially bathroom. Need to ask for towel replacement, shampoo etc 5. NO cable TV should I continue? BTW We should have moved away after the second day - but my children refused to experience another hassle For such price - it is not worth it

Keinerlei Gesellschaftsräume, die man sich bei einem 5-Stern Hotel erwarten kann! Keine Bar. Keine Reservierung für das Abendessen im Restaurant möglich, da geschlossene Veranstaltung. .... und das alles für Eur 477 für ein kleines Zimmer (ohne Aussicht u. auf die Strasse.)!

Hotel en face du colisée mais un peu loin du centre à pied

отель очень маленький. но расположен эсклюзивно - окна нашего сьюта выходили прямо на коллизей. персонал, особенно на расепции очень вежливый и всячески старается быть полезным. нам заказали билеты в коллизей и ватикан. это важно, иначе в коллизей можно простоять в очереди пол дня за билетами, а мы шли напрямую.

завтрак неприятно удивил - такого бедного континентального завтрака я не видел даже в 2 звездах. чуть колбаски, пара булок и кофе. остальное надо заказывать за деньги. для 5 звезд и такие деньги это ненсенс.кондиционеры в номере справлялись плоховато. музей ватикана - какая-то ловушка: войдя вы должны пройти по череде залов от начала до конца, практически без возможности выбрать или срезать. стрелочки все время ведут в сикстинскую капеллу, которая оказывается конечно почти перед выходом но внимание сикстинскую мадонну вы можете и не увидеть, так как отдельный зал с этой картиной как правило закрыт. учитывая духоту и толчею - лучше ограничится храмом петра, тем более что он бесплатный , только помните в шортах выше колен не пускают (пришлось спускать сколько можно и прикрываться майкой)

アパートメントに滞在したが部屋の空調が壊れており、かつ、ベッドに毛布・蒲団が無かったので、セーター・- コートを着て一夜を過ごした。（設備は最低）
