Останавливались в аппартаментах, расположенных в 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Впечатление крайне неприятное, жуткая ванная комната, грязный номер, при этом убирали прямо при нас.По приезду выснилось,что континетальный завтрак не входил в стоимость аппартаментов, а все, что было предложено, это йогурты, сухари и чай. |

хорошее предложение индивидуальных экскурсий быстрое решение мелких проблем прекрасный вид из окна на Колизей рядом метро в апартаментах нет лифта плохой завтрак обман на курсе доллар эвро навязывание дорогого такси |

Almoust everything in Marco Aurelio loft, where I was staying. The breakfast was terrible! The neighbours were arguing really noisy. Somebody was doing renovation all day long. The beds were not good at all. I woud never get better than 2 stars for this place. The price was totally unrealistic. |

The Hotel was well locate but I was put in one of the Lofts and that is not 5 stars at all at is off site!! The Breakfast in the loft was bad, milk was to old and had been opened by previous guests, it was so bad that we took the breakfeast at a nearby cafe |

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were all the rest of the staff we encountered. Our room was lovely and the view of the Coliseum (even from the washroom) had to be seen to be believed! We were only sorry that we could only spend one night. Not really a dislike, but with the wonderful view of the Coliseum, a full dinner menu would be wonderful at the rooftop restaurant. |

Excellent Hotel in fantastic central position.It was my birthday, and as a surprise, the Hotel presented me with a bottle of champagne and large bowls of fresh fruit. The staff were courteous and friendly at all times. |

We reserved the Gladiatori Penthouse, which was located about 300 metres from the actual hotel. I was not to happy with it, mainly because it was older..not as clean...and had no elevator (we had to climb three sets of stairs...with two young children...bags in tow. However, the staff immediately offered another suite (Marco Aurelio)..at the same price...which had an elevator... The Gladiatori Penthouse, locate on Via Serpenti. It was old and not so clean (walls, furniture)....basically, I think just worn with time. The booking brochure indicated a partial view of the Coliseum...BUT, you had to lean far out of the window to actually see it. |

i paid the bill but left without staying the night. room was tiny and expensive. i was not made aware that the suite i reserved with a taxi ride away, in a neighborhood i didn't like. |

Perfect location; short walk to the Colosseum; Forum; Metro. Near restaurants. Outstanding service by all staff. Only negative: prices in roof top restaurant/lounge very high. |

We stayed in the penthouse suite which is some distance from the hotel but reception arranged a taxi for us on our arrival which was free of charge. The staff were really friendly and resolved a problem we had with a key stuck in the appartment door with the minimum of fuss. Super location with a good selection of restaurants etc. nearby. The penthouse suite bedrooms were just a tiny bit cramped although the main sitting/dining room was very spacious. Just a minor complaint, though, and otherwise highly recommended. |

The main hotel seems to be very good. The service is very good.The location is very good. Gladiatori Loft apartment did not quite fullfil our expectations of four star hotel standards (vs. price). For example, the view from the windows and the inconvenient balcony is just inner court concrete walls. |

ホテル到着後、別の場所へタクシーで案内された。サイトの写真には、全く掲載されていない薄汚いアパートの- 一部屋に案内された。暖房は入らない。お湯は出ない。テレビの音声は出ない。インターネットは接続できない- 。コンチネンタルブレックファースト付きとあったが、食堂があるわけではなく、部屋にその辺のスーパーで売- っているパンと飲み物が置いてあるだけ。５つ星を掲げているホテルとは思えないお粗末な施設。２度と泊まる- 気にならない。最低 |

La cercanía al Coliseo y el trato personal; el desayuno que dejaban todos los días en la habitación. Que para desayunar en el buffet había que pagar 30 euros (si no te gustaba lo que te dejaban en la habitación. |
