Stuff and facilities are really great.
The hotel is near to the station
The heater was switched off at night and it's so cold for us, hard to bear~ We called the service but no one answered, never imagine if there's emergency! Will sure never come again!
The staff were really helpful, the location is close to every thing, the room was very comfortable,I recommend it
Close to train station Guests have access to kettle and toaster
Very bad smell in the hallway WiFi only in communal area Dirty dishes in the sink
Location, good wifi in room
I forgot my camera in the dresser in the room, when I called to get it back the guy running the place first said he didn't have it (didn't offer to look) after pushing him a little bit he said he would look. He ended up emailing me saying he found it. When I got it back someone had deleted all of my photos. Breakfast was mostly biscuits. Room was so LOUD! Could hear everyone just talking in the hallway and outside my window in the street This is a b&b that was an old flat that has been converted.
staff is very nice！
Nisha, he was amazing since we arrived. The little B&B has its charm, our room was quite small, maybe because we requested two twins beds instead of one. Was clean and comfortable enough for one or two nights max.
It is an apartment turned into a B&B. Very nice breakfast, wifi worked great during all stay. Bathroom was good dispite being out of our room. Good location :15 min walking from the leaning. Tower and 10min walking from main station.
The only downside was have to wait outside the place for 30 min before the staff came to check us in.reception not 24h. But i know that was a bit of unluck. The guy went to check in Other guest as they run 2 separate B&B and left his phone charging so we couldn't Get in touch. We were also checking in after the check in time ( even though we had advise them about this fact)
We liked the location and intimate atmosphere. Good wifi and clean facilities.
No specific dislikes.
Just two blocks from main shopping/walking street (Corso Italia). Owner is solicitous, always present and at your service. Very comfortable room with shower and hot water. Breakfast was simple, but complete.
You can't park on the street. There is an expensive parking place one block away, though, at 15 euros for one night. No complaints about the B&B itself.
good price good staff and he can speak very good english. i arrived at hotel very late and he wait for me and try to contact me by phone. small but very cute hotel.
it has breakfeast but charged, i think i already have paid for it together in my room charge. breakfeast is just soso, all cold and hard foods. check out at 10AM,too early i didnot use internet it's hard to find the hotel, far from SM center, thank god i have a GPS old furniture
Location was perfect, was secure at night, host was friendly and helpful, had a/c and heat at our control
Wifi was not reachable in the room, had to be in the hallway. Bed was not attached to the frame so every time I moved, I would squeak. Bathroom is very small, but doable.
The location is close to the station and also the leaning tower…
Staff was very friendly and welcoming.Room was clean, breakfast was ok. Location is fine - just a minute away from the main shopping street and maybe 15 minutes walk from Piazza dei Miracoli.
The place is on the ground floor and windows faced large trash containers - smell was not too nice and garbage collection service at 6am was rather loud.
It is a very nice B&B with a helpful staff. In only 3 minutes after we arrived we got the room, the map, the suggested route to walk in the city and a place to go for dinner which was a very good family pizzeria. Breakfast in the morning surprised very pleasantly. Everything was there - from cereal and toast to chocolate cake.
Close to train station and centre; friendly host and atmosphere; good clean and comfortable accommodation; good internet connection; good for price.
The B&B is very close to the Pisa Central Station. The staff was very kind and willing to help. We were very satisfied with this hotel and we would recommend this hotel to the others for sure. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel as well as entire Pisa.
little problems with WiFi
Unpolite attitude just because we forgot to call before to inform the exact time of arrival! Bathroom was outside and we couldn't take shower. Breakfast was very very poor.
-Room was nicely decorated
It is actually a house converted into hostel. It doesn't have reception so you have to tell them what time you are to arrive (sometimes it is difficult). Bathroom outside the room and some stains on the sheets
The place was near to the Station. The room was comfortable and everything was great
Its position near to the leaning tower and the station
my room was close to the street even that the street was not crawded
The manager Nishan, was very hospitable. I arrived at ten pm on a Sunday night and as everything was closed he made me a toasted sandwich and a drink gratis! The room was quaint and even though it faced the street, was very quiet. The decor is very like a typical Italian home as opposed to a hotel, but is nice none the less.It really does feel like you are staying in someones home. The location is very convenient to both the train/bus station and the leaning tower. Also it is only about 15 minutes from the airport.
The entrance hall is really smelly and definitely needs something done about it, but this is a communal hall/lobby for the whole building and is no reflection on the Gli Arlecchini. Breakfast cereals are poor, but then Italy is not famed for its breakfast cereals. Bread could be of a better standard.
Breakfast was great. The location is good also.
There is no free parking around the hotel.
Location is good. Breakfast was OK.
Service was mediocre. Price is too high for what you get.
