The staff was excellent. The amenities and decor beautiful. Internet access very reliable and good broadband. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this one is one I would return to. Great location only a few minutes walk from the city center, museums and Ponte Vechhio. .Good restuarants close by. Breakfast and staff at the hotel restaurant were excellent. Highly recommended.

The rooms were very comfortable, the resturant staff were top notch, the healt center was very nice. Initially one of the rooms that was given to us was very small with no room to walk around the bed. Considering we had booked 6 room nights, the check in staff were accomedating and changed it into a more suitable sized room.

The room we stayed in for our 25th wedding anniversary trip was fantastic, as close to the middle of Florence as possible and the shops just on the doorstep. The staff were great - highly recommended

Golden Tower Hotel was a beautifully clean, well appointed, value for money boutique hotel. The service was excellent and you couldn't ask for a better location. Our stay was relaxing and we just can't fault anything. We ate in house and the meals were delicious. It is sometimes a risk booking over the internet but we were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Everything was perfect! Lovely room and large bathroom, fully equipped. Very clean. Excellent daily breakfast. Friendly, helpful multilingual staff. Highly recommend.

The room was lovely and it certainly lived up to its description. The hotel is in an excellent location close to all the tourist attractions and its a welcome respite after a long day sightseeing. The spa is very clean and well maintained by Marco who will see to your every need. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a lovely spread however what was truly impressive was the spotless cleaning service twice a day by invisible staff. A truely impeccable weekend break. It would have been nice to know that the mini bar was included in our rate upon check in and given the wifi password on arrival.

Polite and English speaking staff. Our bedroom was of a high quality and the breakfast was very enjoyable. Our only slight negative comment would be that we found it odd that the evening menu at their restaurant was the same all week.

The Golden Tower Hotel gives what it offers: luxury. The room was superb, tidy, and the service was competent when needed. The Spa is amazing and it is a relax island after seeing all the beauties that Firenze offers! Unfortunately we stayed there only one night, but what a night!

Almost everything-service, attention to detail, style, location..I'll definitely stay at Golden Tower again. During my stay they had intermittent problems with their wireless internet making it sometimes impossible to get on line.
