It was difficult to acess by car but the hotel send someone to help us.

After we checked out on the 14-01-13 the girl that was working seemed to be really rude and not helpful!

I did not like my stay in this hotel at all. It is not accessible at all. The location is near attractions but it is not convenient if you are driving to the hotel. The hotel is over priced in everything. I ordered a half-boiled egg, they charged me 6 Euros. I sent my kids laundry , they charged me 162 Euros ... The hotel needs a new management !!!!

The rooms were very spacious with lovely large beds and cotton sheets. They were beautifully clean and there were some nice touches , especially at bed time !!!!

The only fault I would say is that the dining room used for breakfast is too small and very warm.

The hotel is excellent, very comfortable, very well located and very close to all the attractions of the historic city. The care with cleanliness and service quality are flawless and the service is very attentive and above the average for this category of hotels. In particular I would highlight the service of the front desk staff who performing also functions of concierge were very helpful. Definitively 10! Valdir

most staff were extremely competent and friendly......all spoke english and were eager to assist........the spa area was wonderful (so says my wife anyway)......mattresses were the right firmness

There was an iisue with insuufient electrical outlets in the room to plug in our computers at the desk area.....they eventually solved the issue by bringing in a portable multi plug outlet so we could power up the computers without unplugging the lamp.......they also might have had some extra plug conveters to assist guests without the right adaptor (we had several styles / types but only one worked).......the lighting in the room was poor and reading was difficult.

Luxury! Delicious breakfast buffet - full of healthy choises.

The water in the pool was too cold

Small clean hotel in the heart of Florence, excessable to shops and restaurant

They are not what they say they are, I got there day early and they priced me 75 euro more than what booking.com was showing for that night and were giving me lame excuses ( booking .com showed 241 Eu they charged 308 Eu). Did not want to carry luggage around fot two nights trip and did not want to pay cancelation penalty so I took it . for a place charging $500 a night I expect to have the spa part of the package but no, you have to pay additional $81 ( 60 eu) and breakfast was complementary which was very simple and not what I expect from "luxury" ofcourse you have to pay for your eggs if you wanted any way other than scramble. Save your money, you can get same room for half as much.

Surprising to find out no iron or ironing boards are allowed into the rooms!? For safety reasons.... They should find a reasonably priced alternative.

Great Hotel!!! Located in the heart of Florence, close and convenient to major attractions and shopping. Rooms are very beautiful, cosy, clean. Design of the hotel is beautiful. Very friendly staff. Particularly want to express my sincere gratitude to Marco. He really helped us rebook return tickets ( for 8 persons!!), patiently spent a few hours for talks on the phone with the airline. He is very nice!!! Strongly recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to feel the atmosphere of Florence from the first minutes. Luxury Hotel!!

it is beautiful and confortable

In total I liked the hotel. But I expected larger room for the price I payed. Next time will copmare the price with the bigger central hotels. Spa is good, also tiny.

The best thing about Golden Tower is the staff. They are so helpful and happy to be their and make you feel very special. We had a wonderful time during our four days there and we would definitely go back and recommend to others. While we were in Italy, Golden Tower was clearly our favorite hotel!!! Thanks!!

It was perfectly located. It was immaculately maintained and decorated. It was etremely quiet (completely silent overnight). The Spa was a nice bonus.

No english breakfast tea on 2 of our 3 mornings felt badly organised.

A beautiful hotel well located in the heart of Florence. Surprisingly quiet for the proximity to town. The staff were warm and friendly, and the spa divine. Beds are very comfy. The bathroom is marble, but does have a sunken bath tub which can be a bit awkward to get into. Breakfast was plentiful. Overall I gave the hotel 9 and not 10 as the bread products were not fresh....but the coffee was!

К сожалению в этом отеле нас обворовали, из номера пропал компьютер. Руководство отеля всячески избегало общения с нами ,а так же решение этой проблемы, что могли предложить это бесплатный ужин.

Albergo di ottima qualità in posizione centrale, comoda. Pulizia impeccabile, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Check-out ore 12.00 permette ancora un giro al mattino prima di ripartire.
