全ての従業員の方々が、笑顔で声をかけてくれました。ジャグジー付のお部屋で、ウェルカムドリンクのシャン- パンと苺がお部屋に運ばれ、感激しました。建物内はとにかく清潔で手入れが行き届いている印象でした。部屋- は広くはないがこじんまりと気持ちのいい空間でした。どこに行くにも便のよいロケーションです。 |

とても新しいホテルで清潔感があります、ロケーションも抜群です。デラックスはスパの施設を無料で使用でき- ます、部屋数が少ないため他の宿泊者と一緒になることもほとんどありませんでした。 部屋の狭さには少々驚きました、各部屋の広さを予約時の情報として入れていただくと良いのではないでしょう- か、事前に分かっていればJUNIOR SUITEを予約しました。 |

フロントの対応が親切・丁寧ではなかった。 格安で宿泊したからなのか、部屋は狭く、５つ星とは思えなかった。同じぐらいの料金で他施設ではもっと良い- 部屋に宿泊できたのではないかと考えます。 |

check-in前からﾌﾛﾝﾄのMarcoと連絡とりながら､彼の人柄の良さに訪問を楽しみにしていました｡想像以上- に彼を始めstaffはとても人柄が良く､奉仕の心に溢れていた｡ｱﾒﾆﾃｨはETRO｡ﾋﾞｭｯﾌｪの朝- 食はﾌﾙｰﾂが豊富｡必ず又訪れたいﾎﾃﾙ｡宿泊は安心が第一!!今は新しいが､これからこのHOTELは発展するだろう｡ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝ予約など､気の利いたいい店を紹介して- くれた｡ｶｰﾄﾞ会社の海外ｱｼｽﾄもﾎﾃﾙｽﾀｯﾌから情報を教えて貰っていた｡ Marcoとｽﾀｯﾌの皆さんありがとう｡ 隣室の子供達の飛び跳ねる音がひどかった｡ |

It is in a perfect location to see Florence. Pretentious, unhelpful reception staff. Cold breakfasts and average service. Way overpriced. Not value for money in any respect. Impossible to find even using GPS. (the hotel is in a back street and does not have the usual flags or signs outside) |

It was very close to main tourist sights in Florence, and the rooms were very well appointed. Front desk staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. We booked 2 double rooms as we travelled with another couple, and when we checked in one of the rooms was a twin bed room. When we called down to the front desk, they explained to us that their "concept" of a double room is any room that can accommodate 2 people, and not the universal accepted practice that a "double" room means at least a "double" bed. However, they did manage to change it for us the next day. |

Brand new 5 star hotel in the heart of Florence with free breakfast buffet spa facilities and available parking. What more can you ask for? Hard to find even with GPS. |

a very charming and pleasant hotel, right in the historical city centre, extremely quiet rooms, superb allround. the fire alarm blinking leds on the bedroom roof are annoying, since their light is too strong. |

Top class hotel near the topend stores. Our room (406) was quiet from street noise but we did hear people walking in the hall and above at times, it didn't wake us though. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was great, a big range of choice. Hubby used the spa facilities and really enjoyed them. It is not far to walk to the Uffizi gallery from there but most things are not a long walk. |

From the time we arrived at the hotel until we left, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. A special mention of Antonio in the breakfast room, who was terrific - he is certainly someone the hotel will want to keep. |

the welcome and efficiency of the staff and also the quality of the breakfast. a special mention for the sophisticated spa and treatments. The room was very comfortable and wel equipted. the lounge is welcoming. the lighting in the beautiful bathroom was deficient but I understand this will change soon. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was great, 5 min. from Arno river and 5 min. from Duomo, same for train station. In fact everything was in walking distance. The shower had rainhead with nice hot water and the beds comfortable. The hotel was on a quiet side street. We had a deluxe room and I was surprised that it had a very small window high up on the wall that could not be reached. As a result, not a lot of natural light nor view. It felt a little claustrophobic after a few days. Another inconvenience was the staircase you had to climb after opening the door to enter your room. The minibar was included in the price, but was not replenished every day, and it had no wine, etc. just light beer, soda, juices and water. |
