Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prettige sfeer in het hotel, kamers mooi en aangenaam. Onze kinderen, 14 en 12 mochten niet in de spa komen wat op zich begrijpelijk is, maar ze waren heel rustig en er was niemand en werden toch weggestuurd wat ook weer begrijpelijk is maar vanaf 18 jaar lijkt me wat overdreven. Ik denk dat jullie bij een hotel altijd aan moeten geven of het zwem/spa gebeuren ook voor kinderen is. Er is een verschil tussen kleine kinderen en middelbare scholieren. |

Zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel met oog voor service. Eveneens worden er talrijke kleine attenties aangeboden. Ik zou niets kunnen bedenken |

De ontvangst was absoluut super. Zeer vriendelijk en correct. De ligging van het hotel is zeldzaam goed, dit in combinatie met het comfort en de faciliteiten maakt dit hotel tot een top hotel. Airco in de kamer had iets beter kunnen koelen. |

niets...nou ja de kamer zag er netjes uit. de service, de airco was stuk,na veel gezeur kwam er iemand deze bekijken vervolgens nog niet gemaakt buiten was het 40 graden het wachten op de lift duurde lang, niemand kon ons info geven over de spa, koffie bij het ontbijt was koud, er waren geen eierdopjes voor onze eitjes....bij alls werd als excuus gebruikt: wij zijn net open. Ja ,ja bij een 5 sterren hotel is dit onacceptabel, ga dan niet open! |

It is in a perfect location to see Florence. Pretentious, unhelpful reception staff. Cold breakfasts and average service. Way overpriced. Not value for money in any respect. Impossible to find even using GPS. (the hotel is in a back street and does not have the usual flags or signs outside) |

It was very close to main tourist sights in Florence, and the rooms were very well appointed. Front desk staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. We booked 2 double rooms as we travelled with another couple, and when we checked in one of the rooms was a twin bed room. When we called down to the front desk, they explained to us that their "concept" of a double room is any room that can accommodate 2 people, and not the universal accepted practice that a "double" room means at least a "double" bed. However, they did manage to change it for us the next day. |

Brand new 5 star hotel in the heart of Florence with free breakfast buffet spa facilities and available parking. What more can you ask for? Hard to find even with GPS. |

a very charming and pleasant hotel, right in the historical city centre, extremely quiet rooms, superb allround. the fire alarm blinking leds on the bedroom roof are annoying, since their light is too strong. |

Top class hotel near the topend stores. Our room (406) was quiet from street noise but we did hear people walking in the hall and above at times, it didn't wake us though. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was great, a big range of choice. Hubby used the spa facilities and really enjoyed them. It is not far to walk to the Uffizi gallery from there but most things are not a long walk. |

From the time we arrived at the hotel until we left, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. A special mention of Antonio in the breakfast room, who was terrific - he is certainly someone the hotel will want to keep. |

the welcome and efficiency of the staff and also the quality of the breakfast. a special mention for the sophisticated spa and treatments. The room was very comfortable and wel equipted. the lounge is welcoming. the lighting in the beautiful bathroom was deficient but I understand this will change soon. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was great, 5 min. from Arno river and 5 min. from Duomo, same for train station. In fact everything was in walking distance. The shower had rainhead with nice hot water and the beds comfortable. The hotel was on a quiet side street. We had a deluxe room and I was surprised that it had a very small window high up on the wall that could not be reached. As a result, not a lot of natural light nor view. It felt a little claustrophobic after a few days. Another inconvenience was the staircase you had to climb after opening the door to enter your room. The minibar was included in the price, but was not replenished every day, and it had no wine, etc. just light beer, soda, juices and water. |
