The breakfast staff was very helpful. The bus stop is right next door that takes you to the metro and then the city center. If you do not mind the extra 30 mins atleast each way. The front desk people are very rude. We booked this hotel as it stated we would get a bath but on arriving and repeated request they did not give us a room with a bath but with a stand up shower only. It was very inconvient to bath my two little children. The air conditioning did not work and we had to call almost each day requesting to be turned on. |

We were quite disappointed once we arrrived. The website said it was close to the city and we found it was out in the middle of nowhere. The rooms and pool are facilities were made to look very different on the website. It was not at all what we expected to find. We bookedthis hotel on a discount websit and would not pay anymore than what we did now that we have stayed there. |

Nice pool Hotel shuttle bus from airport drove far to quickly and dangerously, restaurant poor and 'forced' particular products and very expensive, no tea or coffee making facilities in room, unable to extend check out time by 1½ hours, poor communications from the staff, to far out of Rome, questionable area, not 4 star (2/3 star) |

the hotel was lovely and right opposite a bus stop which was great as the hotel is a little way out of town.also use the tube to get to the hotel as it was very expensive for a taxi and only 1 euro for the underground to the termanial station |

The receptionists had very good English and were really helpful. The room was much nicer than I expected. I left a pair of jeans there and they have already contacted me to arrange sending them back. It was too far from the centre - about 15 Euros taxi each way to get into town and back every day, or a 45 min average journey requiring both bus and metro. |

El servicio de limpieza es bastante esmerado y eso se agradece, mas aún en temporadas de calor como ésta. Mayor apertura por parte del personal de recepción hacia los hispanohablantes en cuanto al tema de comunicación. Éste sería un punto que valdría la pena reforzar de cara a dar una mejor imagen en cuanto a hospitalidad. |

Hotelli oli rakennuksena nykyaikainen.. Valitsimme hotellin uima-altaan vuoksi. Sen aukioloaika oli kuitenkin melko rajoitettu. Vaikka hotelli oli rakennuksena uudehko siitä näkyi jo nuhjuisuus. Aamiainen oli surkea. |

Estuvimos con unos amigos para pasar 3 dias en roma, el hotel esta demasiado lejos del centro con lo que no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, ni del spa. No lo aconsejo. Lo lejos que esta, lo mal comunicado, el trato de las chicas de recepcion. |

La colazione buona e abbondante, la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici, il ristorante dell'albergo molto buono anche se non economicissimo Allora sono stati diversi: il primo la temperatura della camera che non saliva a + di 23 gradi e siu gelava, il secondo la prima sera di pernottamento si e svolta una festa rumorosa a bordo piscina di cui non eravamo stati messi al corrente e alle due e mezzo di notte ancora c'erano schiamazzi e musica a volume eccessivo, la sera dopo abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera la tipa alla reception non sapeva nenache quale darci che non affacciasse in piscina, poi ne ha provata una che però era ancora da pulire nonostante fossero le 19.00 di sera e l'indomani nemmeno una scusa...vabbe diciamo pessimo servizio per un 4 stelle. |
