Nice location and the front staff was very nice and helpful
Location and the host were great
Noise Noise and more Noise. If you cant sleep at a rock concert don't expect to sleep well here. They will charge extra for a new towel, air-con and linen. We stayed for 3 days and never received a new towel unless you pay. I tried to hang my towel up the best way to dry but every day I come back after touring my towel would be folded over by housecleaning and not able to dry. It is a B&B but charge extra for breakfast. More like just a B
Car par very expensive 25€ per day. breakfast at another location, noisy.
Location was great. Staff friendly. Borodini trattoria, part of same establishment good Italian food at reasonable prices.
Wifi did not work at all. We got a different provider from another guest that worked well. Breakfast not much, coffe and croissant at nearby cafe.
Location is good though though no view. the woman was bubbly but unfortunately the room was not what we expected.
The lift too small but that is not the hotels fault. the room far too small for 5 people. beds uncomfortable. you have to pay for AC in the room. Extra charge to hold luggage for a couple of hours. Towels were not changed and just placed in the shower. I think that we should have been informed that you have to pay extra for towel changing. It was written in reception on the notice board but I am sure not all travellers read everything on the notice boards.
rhyana was just wonderful, what a genuine, & beautiful woman, she is so helpful & so accommodating , if more people did their job like she does, this world would be so efficient , the promenade was a great location & it was clean and a very nice room & it was a great price for a busy season
wasn't sure if their was wi fi,(didn't ask) but not a big deal to me, i didn't need it but some people are so focused on this when they travel, i found it refreshing to be away from the phone, etc.
What a perfect location to visit Firenze. We were about 200 yards from the Ponte Vecchio. Lots of restaurants and shops within a short walk. Very clean room with private bathroom. Parking downstairs was discounted because of Promenade. It was the perfect place to stay.
Staff were so sweet and understanding. Gave us lots of tips and really went the extra mile. Beautiful view.
Was a bit difficult to find the place. There was no signage. Was a bit noisy at night time.
Location 1 minute from Ponte Vecchio.
Arrived at this hotel at 12.30 expected that we were too early to check in however the owner/manager was very willing to complete the full check in process as it was convenient to her including payment in advance. However we were charged 10 euros luggage deposit for leaving our luggage before the due check in time. Only to find that once all check in details were completed and payments made we were handed our room keys and were allowed to put our luggage in the room which was awaiting our arrival. Asked for a room with air conditioning on booking and we got one but no means to switch on or control temps. Had to sleep with windows open. Very noisey location not much sleep. Breakfast purchased in advance which turned out to be a voucher for local cafe for one drink and one Danish pastry. Not the tray of breakfast shown on the photograph in the booking.com site.
fantastic location, had a room with a kitchen right near domo
airconditioner didn't work properly
The location is very good, close to the old part of town yet just outside, so it's easier to get to by car. Clean room, a bit small. You can littlerally walk up to Ponte Vecchio in 2 minutes. The Dome is a few minutes away walking. It's perfect!
Shower is difficult to get in/out (very high step, dangerous for older or very young people). Don't pay extra for the breakfast, it's not worth it. You get a coupon for the cafe next door but service is poor and you get nothing more than a croissant and a coffee, not even a juice for the kids (it's an extra!). Get your own breakfast somewhere else.
Our host was very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
Quite noisy as there is a busy road outside. The hotel is actually a floor of a building which also houses a dentist etc but this doesn't really have any adverse effect except there are quite a lot of stairs and a tiny lift. They do charge €10 per night for air conditioning and also if you want them to hold on to your bags on the day you leave it's another €10..... We weren't charged this in any of the other hotels we stayed at.
It s not a hotel as it is presented on booking.com. there are some rooms to stay. Nobody expects you when you arrive.you have to stay in front of the building and wait for someone to let you in. The photos presented with the view are fake Very disappointining.
Excellent location, very clean, extremely friendly and helpful manager.
Additional charges for everything....like all of Italy. 30 euro per day for parking 25 euro per day for small dog 10 euro per day for Air Conditioning The fees added up to double the room cost
Hotel is situated very close to the tourist attractions. Trattoria recommended by the host was perfect. The host is very amiable.
Absence of hair dryer. The breakfast is in cafe across the road. Each card for breakfast cost us 3€, but they accepted it as 2.50€. I advise not order breakfast while booking.
Close to all the sights of florence. Very friendly host, and rooms were very clean and comfortable, nice little fridge to keep drinks cool. Central to everything. We had a lovely view of the river from our room.
Rather noisy on a night, till early hours. No breakfast was provided yet was paid for. Failed to see any breakfast facility. No reception on arrival the doors were closed, a bit confusing on arrival although we didn't have to wait long for someone to arrive. Make sure you inform them what time you are arriving,
Where do I begin? The bathroom was terrible. It was tiny and barely suited to our needs. The beds were made for prisoners, not very comfy at all. They charged us for everything. Air Conditioning, housekeeping. Everything. This is more of a hostel than a hotel. I was just very disappointed in everything. The furniture was unstable and was very heavy to move around. It was also very noisy and the room was small. I felt like an animal.
Location was the best thing about it. The room was very spacious and well appointed.
It was noisy though, with lots of traffic and people out for the evening. Shower would be difficult for elderly people as it was elevated off the floor.
Our room overlooked the river and the Uffizi Museum. There was plenty of space and closet space. The staff is very obliging, friendly and caring.
The staff is not always on site, so you really must have an appointment to check in. Our bathroom shower was a 14" step up. This is higher than you might expect.
Clean and tidy. Good location.
Noisy. Breakfast was across the street and consisted of a coffee and a croissant. No coffee making facilities in room.
Location, nice clean room and bathroom
Slightly annoying hotel owner, too talkative and quite intrusive. "Hotel" was difficult to find as the hotel was actually located inside one of the apartments on the third floor in the residential building and there was no clear indication about that on the building itself. The booking.com site did not present such information, either. In addition, the owner charged us 10 Euros for leaving the suitcases for a couple of hours after check out.
The location was amazing. Very easy to walk to everything and the bathroom and shower were nice.
The lady at the reception only spoke Italian. There was no clock. Hard to get a contact of them when I arrived. Only given shampoo not soap.
The manager, Ryanne, was very helpful and welcoming.
Hospitality was good, it is near by river.
Very good location, close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with comfortable beds.
