Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά από 2 μέχρι 12 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 25,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 55,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Την Τετάρτη 6 Ιανουαρίου 2010, είναι ανοικτό από τις 09:30 έως τις 18:00.
Παρακαλείστε να λάβετε υπόψη σας ότι η πισίνα, η σάουνα και το χαμάμ δεν θα λειτουργούν από τις 9 Δεκεμβρίου έως τις 15 Ιανουαρίου 2010.

The location is the best in Milan It is not acceptable to have a dirty bathroom in such a top level hotel. Also, I had to look for the concierge at the back of the front desk as noone was there during 5 minutes! Breakfast is also very poor. What a difference since last time I went there two years ago! Such a place cannot only count on its reputation to survive |

The location was excellent and within walking distance of all the shops, some excellent restaurants and main tourist attractions. Our deluxe room was comfortable and clean. Considering it was a deluxe room rather than standard and we had a cot for our baby son in the room, it was not as spacious as expected. I wonder how small the standard rooms are then? We asked a front of house staff member for a recommendation for lunch. When we got there it was not open during the day, however we went back in the evening it was and it was a brilliant meal. When we arrived we had to unpack all our bags from the taxi and I went to get my own trolley which I don't expect from this kind of hotel. The porter watched me do this and it took a while for him to come outside and help. In terms of first impressions, it wasn't the best one. |

Excellent location in Torino and very beautiful design. Luxurious materials. The interior of the hotel was indeed very dark, like "an Egyptian gravetomb" which gave me a hard time finding my room . Not possible to have a look out at the sky and check out the weather conditions from the "window". Not a place for a claustrophobic. |

Rooms very clean and well equipped. Great restaurant. Wonderful spa and fitness facilities. Staff not able to solve problem with room temperature (26 deg during night) for 2 nights out of 3. The shower hose was leaking, so we informed reception and asked it to be fixed, nothing was done. At checkout they gave us a small rebate. |

Very helpful and pleasant staff with an air of sophistication without being overbearing. Breakfast arrangements were extremely good and flexible and the hotel is in such a central position that many of the city's attractions are within easy reach. We hope to visit again. It would have been nice to have the facilities to make an early morning cup of tea in one's room without requiring room service. We are English after all! Perhaps more choice of English speaking TV programmes/channels could be offered as well. |

The location was fabulous with everything in walking distance. The bar staff, waitstaff and most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The fact that we were denied access to the gym for the entire week although there was no supervision or effort required on their part. |

Ruhige Nebenstrasse, Personal war freundlich, gute Lage. Das Hotel wirkt nicht einladend. Angefangen beim Hindernislauf um die parkierten Autos vor dem Hotel, über den düsteren Eingangsbereich, die dunklen Gänge und Innenhöfe sowie ein eher düsterer Wellnessteil und zum Abschluss die Mattscheibe vor dem Fenster, die einen Ausblick verunmöglicht. |

Il centro benessere va ristrutturato ma ho visto che è già in programma entro un mese. Peraltro, il personale alla reception per quanto gentile ignora talune informazioni riguardanti i collegamenti con l'aeroporto e l'utilizzo delle carte turistiche che sono molto utili. |

L'hôtel est bien placé en centre ville. Le hall et le petit déjeuner sont bien, les chambres confortables (bonne literie). Les clefs se démagnétisaient régulièrement : impossible de rentrer dans la chambre. Nous étions logés dans le second bâtiment ce qui demandait au moins 10 min pour remonter à la chambre, étant donné qu'il faut prendre deux ascenseurs et changer de bâtiment en empruntant un très long couloir. Le dimanche matin, il nous a fallu plus de 15 minutes pour réussir à avoir nos cafés et thés au petit-déjeuner, les serveurs étaient débordés ! |
