We did not have proper breakfast one morning because the hall had been rented fro some conference, and we were confined to the bar. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable

Spa did not open at 8am as advertised and we had to go to the front desk to get someone to open up. It took 1/2 hour. There is NO internet access!!! For a modern luxury hotel, it is is the stone ages with no Wifi in rooms nor public areas. I do not know how the attract business customers.

The location

The staff not friendly and never smiling.The tourism and culture package is for 2days only and the parking is not free if you stay with this package more than two nights. They don't tell you this when you book, as it says free parking. You could wait in front of the door yp to 30 min t o get you car when valet parked. Pricipi Piemonte nearby is better deal.

It may be complicated/tiresome to get to your room if you are in building 2 (two lifts and a skyway), disappointing breakfast variety

Relation price/quality, upgrade to a superior room,the spa. The situation in torino center,also close to the central station porta nuova.

Decoration cold to say something

We found hair all over the bathroom (bathtub, sink, bidet) and an empty shower gel bottle from the previous guest. Also, the orange juice at breakfast must've had some bad oranges in it.

Helpful staff, rooms are warm, clean and comfortable, big bathrooms, excellent restaurant.

La chambre moderne tres bien équipée le lit king size la tv+La piscine et le spa accès gratuit pour les clients de l hôtel et le petit dejeuner à tomber....

Attention a bien vérifier la facturation car si je ne montrais aps mon reçu de réservation on me facturait 30€ de + que le montant convenue de la chambre. Bien sûr comme dans toutes les grandes villes le prix du garage 30€/jour

Excellent emplacement dans un quartier très calme situé pourtant en plein centre de la ville de Turin à 1 km environ de la gare Porto Nuovo. Notre chambre Double Standard était plutôt petite mais confortable et surtout très bien insonorisée, nous n'avons pas entendu un bruit de l'extérieur. Le spa de l'hôtel est petit mais très agréable pour ceux qui souhaitent se détendre et reposer leurs jambes fatiguées dans la piscine ou dans le sauna/bain turc après avoir visiter les nombreux sites touristiques. Le petit déjeuner continental compris dans la note est très bien et varié. Le personnel parle anglais pour ceux qui ne maîtrisent pas l'italien.

La musique de fond (de l'électrojazz surtout) omniprésente du matin au soir est un fléau pour ceux qui préfèrent une ambiance calme et feutrée. Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus réactif et rapide. La salle de bain n'était équipée dans notre chambre Double Standard que d'une baignoire sans rideau de douche malheureusement.

Struttura molto bella, camere curate e dotate di ogni confort. La colazione discreta. L'atmosfera è rilassante ed il personale gentilissimo.

Nous avons été surclassé et pour le prix d'une chambre standard, nous avons eu une chambre supérieure. L'accès au spa est gratuit et le spa est très propre et très agréable. La chambre est très propre, le petit dejeuner parfait et le personnel très agréable. Le service est impeccable. A recommander!
