Score from 723 reviews Very good
location, staff, comfortable bed, nice bath, large room
wifi was slow
Room, bathroom, staff
Everything was very good. Very nice reception, nice and friendly people at the reception desk ready to help, great comfort in the room. Nice and big underground parking
The only a little bit strange thing was the specific rule in old town of Torino according to which between 7.30 and 10.30 AM it's forbidden to enter the real center of the city with car. But that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Waiting time in check in and out
Wow, just wow. This hotel is the best I've been at so far, hands off. Starting from the hall, marble was everywhere, candles, comfy couchs, plants, it was amazing. Everything sparkled. Their baggage-smasher was so polite I just feel the need to say something about him, he greeted us even when his shift was finished, outside the hotel. Big up for him. The staff was friendly and helpful, we arrived there even before it was possible to check-in but the guy at the reception found us a room nonetheless. Thanks for that! The hallways and elevator were so fancy, our room was perfect. The bathroom was big and had a shower and a bath tub, which I enjoyed after eighteen hours spent under the rain. The room had everything you'd need and expect from a five stars hotel: it was clean, big, fancy, comfortable, had a minibar, everything we needed for a good bath. I liked the thing about the book exchanging: you pick one of the books you find in the room and leave one at the reception. Great idea! Thanks for the city map, it was helpful. I could say a milliong things about Golden Palace, but they'd be cheesy, haha. Thanks for having us, great experience!
The location. The style of the hotel.
Not flexibile for the breakfast. Wifi connection slow and not always well functioning; no kettle and a socket not working in the room. Would have preferred a shower with no extra charge. Would have rather preferred being in the main building: quicker & easier when you have to go in and out.
Location in the city, welness area, staff friendliness
Breakfast could have been better
Modern facilities, close proximity to things. Wi-Fi was free.
Spa didn't have towels but only later told me that they were 2 euros. Didn't give me the option so couldn't use facilities. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Clogged up tub - not draining properly. Although not busy, still charged me for late checkout. Taxis not readily available. No room service menu in my room. Limited TV channels. Only 2 English language channels (CNN and BBC News). The bars on the ground level were empty so couldn't mingle with other people. Put me in a smoking room (there was an ashtray in there too) and when I complained of the smell, they just had someone go in and spray something all over, rather than ask me if I wanted to move to a non smoking room. I put in my booking.com reservation that I wanted NO smoking.
Location. Bed size and linen quality. Clean
View, just looking a wall two meter away. So no natural ventilation. Room small. Spa not included. If it is a smart deal, it needs to be smart: if you get less, of course you spend less! Where is the convenience? Colazione too expensive. It costs less in the best bar in piazza San Carlo!
free wifi in the rooms, location
no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms, breakfast costs 20 euros
The staff were very helpful, the room and facilities were comfortable and stylish
Extra fee for spa/swimming pool
Good centrally located, yet quite, reasonably recent large hotel.
A bit too dark interior with quite long corridors and two different elevators to reach the room. A bit too expensive for the level of the hotel.
Very frendly staff, excellent housekeeping , the beautiful hotel, Wi Fi
Location and staff were excellent. Staff was nice, friendly without being intrusive or false and efficient. Provided good local advice and made one feel welcome. Location is very central and close to all main amenities areas.
For a five stars the rooms are slightly disappointing and could do with a lick of paint. Still they were comfortable and quiet.
Very good hotel with great bed and lots of comfort.very nice pool and spa area.Bars were .Staff were generally very good
breakfast staff preoccupation with signing bills before table and service.some cups and cutlery not clean
Personel was very kind and it was realy pleasure to rest in this hotel
Great location in the center of Turin. Good quality hotel (but its not comparable to other 5 stars...) Good bed Quiet Good value for money
They conception is a bit strange: its entrance and lobby are ueberdesigned, they try too hard. And the general set up is a bit weird, to get to our room, we needed to go through a maze of hallways which included going up with 2 different lifts. Its not a big deal, but feels the hotel was oddly conceived. expensive wifi rooms a bit on the small side.
The Hotel is perfect. Excellent location, excellent food, excellent Staff
Restaurant and decor
Wifi was terrible for 3 days, most of the staff seemed very arrogant and unhelpful.
Very comfortable room, lots of space.
We were too hot in our room as the hotel has a policy that the heating has to stay on until the end of the month but it was 28 degrees in the day so our baby struggled to sleep in the heat. Also we had booked the hotel so our young son could swim in the pool but under 15's were banned, so this was a shame
staff were very helpful and wifi was of a good quality.
I understand that you, may, have to pay for spa facilities in a hotel but to be expected to take down your towels from the room, is pretty poor I think. Also , we were in Golden 2 , an annex of hotel and although the room was fine, the view out of the window was on to a frosted glass wall..... couldn't tell what was happening/weather outside ???
The room was dark and too hot. The bathtub was clogged. Being in the second tower to exit the hotel was not practical at all. We left the car to be parked by the hotel when we got home we discovered a scratch at the front right side of the car. We won't go back nor recommend this hotel.
I travel a lot.The hotel deserves praise. You know, just nothing to complain about everything is fine!!!
Bar and food prices very expensive, bar service not that great and pianist very very loud!!
