Golden Palace

The location was excellent and within walking distance of all the shops, some excellent restaurants and main tourist attractions. Our deluxe room was comfortable and clean. Considering it was a deluxe room rather than standard and we had a cot for our baby son in the room, it was not as spacious as expected. I wonder how small the standard rooms are then? We asked a front of house staff member for a recommendation for lunch. When we got there it was not open during the day, however we went back in the evening it was and it was a brilliant meal.

When we arrived we had to unpack all our bags from the taxi and I went to get my own trolley which I don't expect from this kind of hotel. The porter watched me do this and it took a while for him to come outside and help. In terms of first impressions, it wasn't the best one.

Excellent location in Torino and very beautiful design. Luxurious materials.

The interior of the hotel was indeed very dark, like "an Egyptian gravetomb" which gave me a hard time finding my room . Not possible to have a look out at the sky and check out the weather conditions from the "window". Not a place for a claustrophobic.

The situation in the center of Turin.

Very helpful and pleasant staff with an air of sophistication without being overbearing. Breakfast arrangements were extremely good and flexible and the hotel is in such a central position that many of the city's attractions are within easy reach. We hope to visit again.

It would have been nice to have the facilities to make an early morning cup of tea in one's room without requiring room service. We are English after all! Perhaps more choice of English speaking TV programmes/channels could be offered as well.

The location was fabulous with everything in walking distance. The bar staff, waitstaff and most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The fact that we were denied access to the gym for the entire week although there was no supervision or effort required on their part.

l'albergo è molto piacevole, sicuramente da raccomandare, arredi curati, colazione ottima. inoltre la posizione centrale consente di lasciare l'auto al parcheggio e dimenticarsela.

Chambre dite "de Luxe" trop petite et wc dans salle de bains.

la posizione nel cuore di Torino, la possibilità di effettuare dei trattamenti benessere, l'arredamento della camera che unisce funzionalità e design.

il prezzo delle bevande al minibar, veramente esagerato. La colazione che dura solo fino alle 10.30

Il centro benessere va ristrutturato ma ho visto che è già in programma entro un mese. Peraltro, il personale alla reception per quanto gentile ignora talune informazioni riguardanti i collegamenti con l'aeroporto e l'utilizzo delle carte turistiche che sono molto utili.

Mancava un bollitore per the o caffè in stanza come si può riscontrare in altri hotel di simile categoria

J'ai retrouvé des chaussettes ne m'appartenant pas dans l'armoire. L'accueil de la réception était celui d'un 3 étoiles.
