Close to the train station and buses to Venice just outside the hotel. Good, helpful staff and breakfast was great. |

Very good location, in front of Venice-Mestre railway station (5 minutes by rail from the Venice-Sta Lucia station). As the hotel is located in Mestre, I did not have to carry my bags through the narrow streets and bridges of Venice as I saw many other tourists doing. Very large bedroom and bathroom for European standards. Good breakfast. |

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the room which was very clean, modern, tastefully decorated and quiet. Breakfast offered a lot of choices. There was nothing negative about my stay. |

Location is just perfect, right across Mestre train station and the shuttle bus to airport. Clean room, nice staff. Although there was an Internet socket in the room, connection didnt work. The aircondition was somewhat loud. Breakfast selection was rather poor. Blanket was thin. |

Good price/value for the Venice area. Very convenient location for transportation. Room was good, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff was very friendly. Front desk staff was not very friendly and didn't seem to be very knowledgeable (or care much to help when we had questions). |

close to bus terminal for airport for a hotel at this price i was dissapointed that there was no brown bread at breakfast the white bread was poor quality,uht milk only and the room was ok but was spoilt by noisy people you could hear below and to both sides,as a one night stay ok but no longer. |

We stayed for five days and met most of the staff during the visit and everyone was superb. Chap in the breakfast room Phil works for five men alone, very pleasent and always yes. Hotel location is excellent. Room was very quite, clean and AC worked perfectly so all in all 10/10. |

Much cheaper than staying in Venice and only 8 mins on train to centre. Very close to Mestre station which is a central stop from all over Italy. |
