Room was comfortable and clean. Good shower but the bath was small and enclosed The food at breakfast needs to be improved on - better quality food could be used. |

The hotel is well located for those wishing to stay outside, but close too, Venice. It is next to Mestre train station which has regular and cheap services to Venice. Bus stops are also outside the hotel as are taxis. The hotel is compact and clean and the staff very helpful |

Location was close to the train station and close to our bus stop from airport. Quiet area. Nice breakfast. Pleasant room and staff. Room was a bit small. Elevators are small and slow. |

The convenience of the train/bus station to Venice. Also, we ate at a nice local fish restaurant 2 blocks awa that was a lot cheaper than eating on the island and it was delicious. Could not work out the airconditioning system - managed to turn it on, but it kept turning itself off after 15 minutes. So, we had to sleep with the window/door open which made the room rather noisy (town traffic). |

Situation was ideal for our needs, ie close to the railway station for access to Venice. Slightly seedy location because it was next to the railway station. |

location, close to train station but quite enough environment. the most reach breakfast in Italy hotels visited by me. There is no Internet in rooms, only in lobby. Do not believe them, cable doesn't work. The stuff excluding reception speaks very bad English and not polite at all. No parking belonging to hotel, the one near by is very expensive. We paid about 30 euro per about 30 euro :) euro per hour, no daily prices. |

As mentioned before I was disappointed staying at the hotel I had purposely picked a 4 star hoping it would be a good standard hotel. There was no kettle in the room pwhich was very unhelpful as I had a 1 year old who needed milk and other foods which required boiled water. They had no iron and the cost of ironing garments was expensive. There was also no suitable plug adaptor for uk elec I do not think the hotel description is reflective of what the hotel is like and is definatley not sutied for famil persons. I did not like the fact there was no kettle or iron avaible at the hotel very incoveniant if youy have children. |
