The breakfast vas very poor, we booked this hotel because they offer free parking but it vas full,so we had to live our car outside.

Simple but clean and convenient room, spacious enough for a family. Kind and helpfull staff. Its the only hotel in the city centre with a free private parking, which is a big advantage if you are travelling by car, since parking in florence is very expensive. You can walk to the city centre (about 15 minutes to the duomo). Good relation price-quality for an expensive city as florence. Breakfast could be improved. Machine coffee is unacceptable for italy! Thanks to luigi we had a good cappuccino once.

The rooms were fairly decent and clean. Just minutes away from the train station which made it easy and convenient. The 2nd double room we booked was not so good. The toilet was without ventilation thus the smell permeated inside the room. We had to buy an air freshener so that it became bearable. Not all the staff was friendly and provided info when asked.

Good value. Location near train station good. One staff member was not very nice and/or helpful on our first evening. His actions changed and he was very helpful and nice during our second encounter.

The staff, especially Marco from reception were very helpful. The breakfast is good, not great but good. One day the internet was not working and they let us use the reception private computer to accomodate our needs. Overall is clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Parking and internet with no extra charge. Eventhough it is close to the cental station is towards the side that is further away from the city center which adds 10 minutes to the walk downtown. No problem for us, but if you have mobility problems or don't like to walk so much it may be something to consider. No complaints at all.

Very near to the center of the city with many shops near by. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. WiFi was working fine inside the room. Personel was very helpful The room was small for 3 persons. The space for the shower in the bathroom was very small too with not so good air ventilation.

Buona posizione a circa 700 metri dalla Stazione in direzione opposta al centro. Camere spaziose e ben arredate e bagno completo di box doccia Inadeguata la sala della colazione non più di 4-5 tavoli inevitabile attesa la mattina per sedersi. Colazione insufficiente per qualità e varietà

Ottima posizione, ottima pulizia, il resto nella norma e quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. Mi sono trovato molto bene anche perchè è accanto il metro Arredi e locali non recenti. La mia stanza era un pó buia. La colazione non offriva grande scelta per essere un tre stelle.

Ottima disponibilità e cortesia del personale della reception. Camera piccola ma accogliente, letto confortevole anche se il copriletto non era molto pulito, bagno cieco ma nuovo. Colazione a buffet nella norma ma le bevande erogate dal distributore non sono per niente buone Pulizie molto superficiali

Ottima posizione per la visita della città,piccola ma pulita la camera, buono il parcheggio.Variegata la colazione,ma per I giorni di festa,data l'affluenza,dovrebbero prevedere qualche tavolo in più. Al nostro arrivo non c'era posto nel parcheggio,abbiamo sistemato l'auto in doppia fila,in attesa che si liberasse un posto.Peccato che,sebbene avevamo lasciato detto di chiamarci a qualsiasi ora,il posto libero è andato ad altri!

Le parking est privatif et gratuit. Le personnel de l'hôtel incompétent et méprisant. Le personnel de la réception parle français, mais ne dit pas un mots jusqu'à que l'on commence à hausser le ton, et la il nous parle dans un bon français.
